Absolutely lovely place! Delicious food, cosy atmosphere and super nice owner of this small place. He arranged for us a private cooking class where we learned how to cook traditional Sri Lankan curry dishes. Amazing!

I am not a religious man, but this brought me closer to God, Buddha or whatever you may call it. Best food by far in my 1-week experience in Sri Lanka. Both lunch (roti) and dinner (seafood platter with lobster, crab, calamari and snapper) were better than any 5⭐️ restaurant in NY, LA or London.

Absolutely amazing place in Talalla - we went there a couple of times and the food was delicious every time! I recommend veg curry, fish and chocolate and banana rotti. The wait is long but it’s worth it! We were a bit unlucky with power cuts every time we went so don’t be put off when it’s dark

A peaceful place in the nature with monkeys, peacocks and chipmunks around). Great lassi and tasty food. Cooking took pretty long time but I think because no people on the island right now and owner Didi it by himself

Prefect place , private surf lesson are good to get confidence and improve your beginner skills ! Teacher is great !

We had grilled Calamari, grilled Chicken and Rice & Curry and everything was super tasty! The spice was adjusted to European taste and the fish/meat was fresh and just perfectly spiced and cooked! Totally recommend this restaurant!

Uchitha and his family and ago welcoming and great hosts. We had a lovely evening in their restaurant playing cards and enjoying great food. The vegetarian curry was really good and the prawns as well! They are also a great help in organizing trips to the nearby beaches and tours, e.g. wake watching in Mirissa. We always had the feeling that we can absolutely trust these guys. Thanks for making our time in Talalla so wonderful!

The food is DELICIOUS! We had the calamari and vege curry, both were perfectly cooked. We decided to return another night for dinner again. Would highly recommend. Also, great music.
