Love this place. Gives me the vibes of a neighborhood hidden gem. Tacos are inexpensive and amazing. We got the coconut shrimp which I was craving and my wife is an avocado nut so she took the avocado pie to go. The guac was ok ( I like mine with lots of garlic ).

Really fantastic tacos al pastor.
Please be advised! The sauces they bring to the table are basically communal. Once you're done with them they will be served again to other customers. This is common practice around here so be courteous and keep the sauces clean.

Great tacos, guacamole, drinks, and service. We ate here twice and really enjoyed our meals. The fish was super fresh, good tortillas as well. The sauces included a curry salsa that was delicious as well, a nice change not found elsewhere in Yalapa.

A wonderful family run establishment serving great food and atmosphere along the walk to the town falls. We had the privilege of sharing lengthy conversations with the owner couple while dining on tasty samples of authentic Mexican fare at very reasonable prices. Why should this be so unusual....
Well worth the time or effort to experience this gem just far enough away to feel a bit special in an already most special place in the world!!
