The food here is pretty good - tortillas made in house, nice spicy salsa - but the customer service is the absolute worst. This morning at about 6:45, the line was out the door. There were people milling about in the kitchen talking, the lady at the register is looking at her phone, and NO ONE was making tacos. If you're like most people who are trying to get to work in the morning, be sure and leave an extra 30 minutes if you want to come here. All the employees have zero sense of urgency and just seem to wander around. It's as if there is no management at all. If your name is TACO Real, you might want to dedicate at least one person to servicing the line and actually making tacos. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The tacos, beef fajita with peppers, pork neck, that I've tasted, so far, are good. The flour tortillas are good and sturdy. My only gripe so far is they have long lines and they are slow with the service and one of the cashiers is not that customer oriented. Just tried the menudo it's pretty good. Doesn't have hominy but it's really flavorful. I would usually have to add some seasoning when I get menudo but not theirs it good as is. Omg this Taqueria never answer their phone!!!!!! And the ladies serving they are really slow. I came by today and spent 30 minutes in line, and I got to see the girl that was taking order she silence the phone .... I see why they never answer. Taco Real need to do better than that. Great food, terrible customer service. My husband had gotten some tacos and on the way out accidentally dropped his sauce yes it’s annoying but it happens. He went and told the lady working he dropped it and she rolled her eyes and said “uggh”. Could’ve handled it much differently especially to be adults!
