Nothing negative to say about my 2 visits within a week to Taco Mac! 2 of us had the Salmon entrée and one had the Steak Quesadilla. We all had the Peach Margarita. Our servers were Jacey and Ansel and they was Awesome!!! The restaurant and bathrooms was clean as well! Definitely give them a try! Tried their Three Mile Island, Spicy Garlic and Parmesan Garlic wings. TMI was good. Parmesan Garlic was ok. Spicy Garlic was not at all to my liking. Taco Mac is a frequent choice for us when we're looking for a relaxed place to enjoy a casual drink with a diverse beer selection. On this occasion, we decided to go for the Octoberfest beer from their range. Having already eaten, we skipped ordering any snacks to go along with our beer. Lily, our waitress, was exceptionally warm and attentive throughout our visit, adding to the positive experience. The atmosphere was inviting and conducive to engaging conversations. Opting for Taco Mac turned out to be a wise decision, providing us not only with a refreshing beer but also a comfortable setting for a meaningful discussion. I arrived at 6:05 to pick up a to go order that I placed online at 5:48 pm. I waited 30 mins for the order that was ready the entire time. She came back after an extended period of time and gave me the wrong order the first time. Several people came and went and got their food. She asked me what was in the order after I returned the wrong order and looked again anbd it magically appeared and said “it’s the one I just brought out”. It was not even warm in the bag when I received it. I served my family cold wings and soggy fries and egg rolls. The wedge salad is a joke too. No salad dressing. Been going here for years. It's a good wing spot with reasonable prices. The fish and chips are good as well. Sometimes it's a bit cold at the bar because it seems like the air conditioner is pumping air directly at the bar---the place could make a fortune if they sold sweatshirts. Stopped in for dinner on a Friday evening, greeted promptly, and taken to the table. Server was friendly and took our drink/food order. We decided to share the nacho platter. Queso was very good with nice flavor, both of the salsas were very good. Price was good the the portion and overall is a great place to eat. I love Taco Mac. I moved out of state and the only place I wanted to eat coming back into GA was Taco Mac. Unfortunately you do not get the same experience at each location. This location was pretty close so my family and I came here as a treat for myself. We ordered queso dip which was great, the chips were cold and not fresh. The wings I ordered were stuck together. I ordered multiple sauces with the wings. But seemed like the chef cooked the wings altogether and threw on the sauce at the end, but not covering the entire wing. They were overcooked and very dry. Hard to chew. Also not very hot when served. The servers and staff were friendly but when you come for fresh food the friendliness can only get you so far. I appreciate the staff, but the kitchen definitely needs some training. We most likely will visit another location until things get fixed here. I hope this location gets an upgrade like the others with better lighting so you can see what your eating! Well the broccoli is good as the long island ice tea but what I really came here for was the wings and they are absolutely horrid. I mean maybe I got the wrong flavor I can hear the crowd yelling now “YOU GOT THE WRONG SAUCE” try this one.. well the lemon pepper wet is not delicious or savory. I didnt find my taste buds craving the next one, and so lets get into why well for starters the crispy was soft and the inside was wet it was a inside wet wing not crispy on the inside if you’re a wing eater you know the difference and Im definitely a chicken tender eater so why I ate these wings I dont know I’ve been on a different diet lately but American deli wings are great I think ill stick to those and the spinach dip! Oh the spinach dip well it was good I mean it was edible its just not the best spinach dip ive tried and I dont always expect the best but its alright not the chunky piece of artichoke in there or extra cheesy goodness I was looking for but its alright it comes with bread too which in my opinion doesnt work for soggy bread its already soft and putting piping hot dip on soft bread makes it well kinda mushy in my opinion, wont be here again MAYBE FOR TACOS.
