First time at a Taco Libre. Love the concept. Great dining space. You walk up to the counter and order from on an electronic kiosk then you get called to pick up your food. It could be a problem if you happened to have questions. We loved the food choices and the lunch special for $9.99 which includes a beverage. The food tasted good and I liked how the rice and the beans were served in disposable cups. It makes it easier to take them with you if you don’t plan on eating your whole lunch. Easily the best Birria Tacos I have ever had. Great portions at a good price and full of amazing flavor. I've had some bland Birria before. These aren't that. The Pastor Tacos, eh. They weren't bad. Not the most flavor, and drier than I prefer, but they were ok. I don't know I would order them again, especially with how good the Birria is. But like everything the portions on the Pastor Tacos was generous. The Flan was pretty good, I've never had it before so I have no comparison to make. Torta: Pretty good! Salsa bar: several options, and the dark red one was tasty and smoky! Tacos: We liked the tripe flavor, but chewier and not as crispy as we would have liked; the carnitas had good cook on it though we'll add more salt next time. Churros: Pretty good as well

I was hesitant to try this place as the recent reviews kinda sucked, but for dumb reasons in my opinion. I have to say those reviews were wrong. This place is awesome. The food was so so good. The servings are large, so we could only eat about half. We got a torta and the birria tacos. Holy Yum. You order through a tablet, which I honestly really like. I appreciate being able to look over the menu items without feeling like I need to rush myself. The service was fast too! I saw reviews saying it wasn’t busy, but when we went, 6pm on a Saturday, it was steadily busy! It’s a little spendy, but when you think about it being made fresh and not a Taco Bell taco, it’s not expensive at all. If you’re on the fence to try this place, I definitely recommend! Fast food taco joint that was pretty good for being in a shopping maze of stuff you don’t need. Fresh food in indoor garden type setting. A pleasant surprise for the suburban location. Leans towards Americanized rather than authentic. Not as flavorful as I had hoped. Street tacos pushing the 4$ mark here. Makes me want to go old school and find a taco truck. Enjoy!

When you come in there are stations for you to place your order, it's pretty flawless and self-explanatory and you make your payment right there at the screen. They call your name and your food is done and it comes out hot! My first time trying this place, I had the Birria tacos, They were pretty fast coming out and everything was made fresh to order. 5⭐️! The tacos here are great. This is the type of food you have to watch out for or you will get fat because just won’t want to stop eating. I ordered a steak Quesadilla from this restaurant. There were barely any steak in the Quesadilla. I called the restaurant and a woman answered and she said she didn’t understand what I was talking about then just hung up on me. Greedy and poor customer service ever. It was really good! Ordered two tinga chicken bowls, chips & queso, guac. Inside there's a self service bar of sauces too and it's awesome. Good and hot. Prices might be a bit higher than the other Taco place but it works out. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Atmosphere & service: I know this isn't a positive for everyone, but I'm a huge fan of restaurants that allow customers to enter their orders themselves on a screen, instead of waiting in a line for my turn, then feeling rushed to tell a real person what I want and asking for modifications or worrying about pronouncing things wrong... as someone with social anxiety, seeing these screens was instantly amazing. The order is always ready in a very reasonable amount of time- enough that I know it was made just for my order, but not too long. Food: I've visited this place 3 times and each time my food was great! I order the three birria tacos, and while I always question if I should order more food, they put so much meat in the tacos that it's always enough to fill me up!
