We went through the drive-thru and my husband ordered a taco burger, a couple of tacos, a burrito and some nachos. The Tacos and Taco Burger had barely any meat on them at all- if we had ate here, I would have taken the food back up to the counter- I didn't get a pic. Of the taco burger but I got a pic of one of the tacos to attach. The Nachos were ok but chips were stale 😣 and the burrito was truly the only "wasn't bad" item we ordered- my husband described it as "the star of the show". We'll drive a bit farther for Taco Casa to avoid Bureno that is No Bueno!! ***btw- we ordered regular tacos, not party tacos- and the shell size is regular Taco size but less then party taco toppings. I absolutely love this restaurant. The staff is always so polite, and so caring about their customers and the experience they have when when coming to this establishment. The new GM is KICK BUTT! I absolutely love the way he and his new management team is running this location. Big things are going to happen I can see it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just went though drive through, and they got me in and out! I ordered a four bean burritos, and two quesadillas. The staff was very nice, and even gave me a discount! I told myself I wouldn’t be back to this location after constantly having my order messed up, but the costumer service was absolutely amazing, my order was correct, and the service was fast! Terrible experience... again. We went there 3 months ago and were disgusted by the food they served us. We made the mistake of giving them a second chance today. The drink machine had no ice, all of the drinks it dispensed were flat. The staff was a bunch that had no idea of what they were doing. The food was terrible, cheese that was just yellow water, pita bread that was chewy and had a stale crunch it was sitting out so long, chicken that made my wife nauseous, refried beans that were crunchy from being undercooked and burritos that were only half filled. We ordered taquitos from the large poster behind the kid taking our order, "we don't serve those anymore." Well, at least take down the words of advertisement on the outside billboard for them. The only thing that worked well was the cash register - they were certainly able to overcharge us for this terrible excuse for food. i'd give them 0 stars if possible. We went through the drive thru, ordered the lotto platter and sour cream chicked enchilada platter. Went home 5 min away and found my lotto platter not even complete like the menu said two items were missing but They put my taco at the bottom of the bag and it was smashed to nothing. The sour cream chicken enchilada platter, the chicken was so hard and dried we could not eat it!!!! It was awful!!!!!!!!! This used to be such a good place to eat!! Slow. Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Can't make an online order without getting confused. Tried to give me an order that wasn't even mine. Bought a mexi dips & chips, and they gave me what appears to be the remains of someone else's meal. The guacamole was mostly scraped from the container. The beans were cold and not cooked, and the cheese sauce was not there. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2

Placed an online order and went to this location, while waiting on my order an employee decides to start talking about how big of an order I had and it's cost. The manager states to her "people feeding their families", this lil girl states "don't need to feed their family, need to learn about birth control". Lobby had about seven people in it, while she was making disrespectful statements about how her paychecks are funded. Get home to missing food and stuff not made right. Horrible location and company if you have a family to feed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As a former employee of this establishment I am appalled at the low level of care put into making their food. The most disappointing is they didn't even give us the full wholatta platter just an empty shell. Truly disappointed in this experience.
