I come multiple times per week and enjoy the food. But the one time I want my $3.50 back for the sloppy, soggy, unevenly heated sorry excuse for a burrito they gave me apparently it's the end of the world. I've worked in many restaurants and will never understand why the employees can't use common sense to determine when to give a refund. I showed pictures of the gross food and they didn't apologize or anything. They just made me feel like a thief for asking for my $3.50 back as if they are protecting a billion dollar company's $3.50. So for that $3.50 you lost a lifetime customer. Sad part is the double digit IQ employees wont give a darn and management probably won't even say anything about it. This is why the public has to write reviews to warn the rest because obviously management is too incompetent to train their employees on simple business principles. Look at the photo and tell me what part of that shows an ounce of quality or what I would expect based on menu photos or description. It should be common sense to look at this and say "wow, that does look gross, why would you pay for that? Here's your $3.50 please come back and we will do better." Unfortunately that's not how it works when employees are more worried about being petty and not refunding for their trash excuse for a product, and management won't give them repercussions for doing so. Enjoy working at Taco Bueno because with that mindset you'll be in that drive thru forever. Mean? IDC the truth hurts. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just realized the traditional beauty and taste that Taco Bueno makes me feel when I experience their authentic Mexican food. Believe it or not, it's been years, like 25 years, when I loved Taco Bueno for the first time while cleaning carpet in college days. Today I'm experiencing the same great and distinct Mexican food, and the same love for the USA. I'm grateful that Taco Bueno kept the tradition. I was very unhappy I had large drinks and they were 2” from the top from being full. My platers were all mixed up and looked like they weren’t dropped? I tried to call them and get it fixed and they wouldn’t answer the phone and it would just hang up on me!!! Very frustrating and disappointing!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Employee at drive in was very nice, got my order right. I ordered muchacho platter. Everything was delicious except for the chips. The chips tasted like old rancid frying oil and very bitter after taste. I suggest you change your frying oil or check expiration date. Avoid if at possible. The dude running the drive thru got mad a me when he had to take my order. I get it bro you work at Taco Bueno and your life sucks but it ain’t my fault. Then, after reading the order back to me put the food in the bag so poorly that it was basically inedible and ALSO they got it almost all wrong. Take pride in what you do or gtfo. Was here on 08/23/2023. Was waiting to finish my order when a blonde lady wearing a Bueno uniform came in turned the front door trash cans around. As I was waiting for my meal she proceeded to mumble something under her breath because there were some lids on the soda counter. As I am sitting eati g a gentleman walked in, by this time she was sweeping the floor across the restaurant as the man sat down she told him "I'm going to sweep there" She was no where near the area the poor guy got up and moved to another area. As I finished my meal she had a very mean unapproachable look on her face. I was walking to the trash can and she says" The trash can is on the other side." I told her my car is parked by this door I'm exiting thru there. Then she said " well just leave it there I guess I can take care of it." I told her well you turned the trash cans around. I set my tray diwn and left. The other staff that was there was awesome and very polite. I did their survey on line and gave them a bad score because of the interaction with this lady who was rude. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE THERE DONT GO IN THAT DAY....YOU LADY WERE A TRUE KAREN!!!!
