This taco bell on folly needs to shut down. Lived on folly for the past 3 years and everytime I stopped by to grab food for pick up through the app they are either closed or system down. Today I stopped by around 9pm to pick up my order worth $60 they told me their system is down and to go through the app to get my refund. I've done that before and never got my money back, pointless. I will be reporting as fraud. That's stealing money and also lying about system down when they clearly just closed an hour early. Sick of this taco bell!!!🤬 I will be calling corporate Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drove through in December 2023. Wasn't awful-they got my order wrong (I ate it anyway) and it took about 20 mins to drive through even with 1 car in front of me. 3 stars because at least its not the nightmare of the downtown taco bell.

This was the worst food quality Taco Bell that we have been to. Very skimpy on ingredients. The Beefy 5 layer burrito was more like 1 layer. The Crunch Wrap Supreme had nothing barely in it. And it tasted like old grease. Pick another Taco Bell- this one is skimping on ingredients. The only plus at this place was Rose as our cashier. Multiple tables not cleaned with plenty of employees in the back hanging out. The Chubby guy with a flamboyant accent is rude and has no customer service skills. 5he restaurant was out of sweet tea and all sodas except one in the machine were flat or too carbonated Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

All they do is talk to each other having a grand old time while they have 6+ cars in the drive thru and have terrible customer service skills. Our experience with this place was just terrible. Pour service, poor attitudes. Stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes while multiple employees just watched. I finally spoke up to request assistance and was met with hostility and told to put an order in at the kiosk. I had already placed an online order, hence the request for assistance, then was told they would not fulfill the order and would have to cancel online. This store is always out of food or it’s cold or the shells are stale. This is a continued issue and management change should be honestly considered. No sense of urgency from the employees whatsoever. They were out of what I wanted (as usual), so I decided to go elsewhere, but I couldn't get out of the drivethru until the person in front of me left. I was stuck for an eternity waiting for them to finish that person's order. Honestly, with the way things are run here, this place deserves to lose to Chick-Fil-A across the street, and I don't even like them.

I'm afraid this was not a good visit. I understand being short staffed, but tonight, we waited for over 45 minutes for our second order (our son had placed an order for his family right after after us). By the time their food came out, our order was cold and no longer edible. The woman that was waiting on us was very pleasant, but the man that worked the food line was incredibly rude. He yelled at us, saying that we weren't to open the door for other people (lobby was now closed) when we hadn't opened it at all. At this point, my grandkids were getting upset and rightfully so... they were hungry and tired. We just wanted some food after seeing the lights at the park. Will not be going back to this location again. Not sure we will go to Taco Bell again, anywhere. To the lady that helped, thank you. You were very kind to offer extra tacos when you were out of the dorito shells we had asked for. As to the rude man in the back, you might want to reconsider your choice in career.. Negative stars were not available. I came to visit my mom and family. Bought $80.00 in food and grease was not drained, food not wrapped properly, things thrown in the bag and when we asked to remake some of them girl reply was "Well its just from the grease". No joke Sherlock, but you guys have a strainer to drain the grease and are NOT busy (no one inside and 1 car in the line). Why is it so hard for you guys to have decent customer service? Why is it so hard for you to do your job properly? I'm glad I will be back in Tennessee where our Taco Bell takes Pride in their jobs and cares to help and fix mistakes. You guys are extremely sorry excuses!

Hours state open until 8:00, but apparently they close whenever they feel like it. The place is dark and deserted at 7:25 on 10/3/23. Other times I’ve gone, they state they are only making orders placed in the app. I go on the app to place an order, and it says they are not accepting orders at this time.
