This used to be a good location but the last couple of times have gone downhill. Today was the absolute worst with every single one of my items being wrong despite the fact that they seemed to have a full staff and only a couple of mobile orders and 2 cars in drive-thru when I arrived. Every item was half filled, customizations were ignored, and 2 items were almost completely missing sauce (including one where we'd paid for extra sauce). I think there was something going on as there were some raised voices among the staff about what to make/not make and whose order they should be working on. As far as fast food goes, I’m a big Taco Bell fan and this is my favorite T-Bell. Normally I wouldn’t review a fast food place, but the guy working the drive thru on Tuesday evening was just so darn nice. Well done, dude. Your positive attitude made my night. The staff is extremely unprofessional. This Taco Bell is the closet to my home. It should be convenient. Three separate drive thru trips and order my food with out sour cream or cheese. All three time I had sour cream and cheese and could not eat it. On the fourth trip I tried to explain why it was important to not have cheese… they would not allow me to finish a sentence. When I stated… I’d like say to explain they responded with “Yeah yeah I know” Again they missed up my order. At this point I believe it done intentionally. Today 5:45 pm I parked to go inside hoping that by ordering in the store it could be done correctly. All the doors were locked. Drive thru was open. Again they missed up my order. We were by after 10 pm. Thank you for the Good service, we could hear and communicate clearly with the nice gentleman on the speaker. I was especially happy with how nice and neat everything was placed in the bag and not thrown in messy with lettuce and cheese everywhere like most Taco Bells do. I want the cheese in my Taco not the bag... 😀 The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered a protein bowl and quesadillas around 5:30p. They didn’t put the quesadillas in my bag. I ended up getting FOOD POISONING from the protein bowl. Food was delicious and came out quickly when ordering in the app. Although I had a problem when using a reward, my order was placed at the wrong location and the staff would not help resolve the issue so that I could get my free reward. Placed a 30$ order about 45$ after fees and tip. Crispy Tacos were soggy and stuck to wrapping paper. Kids couldn't eat. Burritos and soft tacos no flavor. All jammed into a paper bag instead of a well organized box as it is presented on the app. I've deleted the TB app. Done. Food: 2 Service: 3

Thought I would give this Taco Bell another go since it's been a while since my last visit; the location is convenient, and I believe in second chances. They have a habit of messing up orders though, and tonight shows that they haven't learned anything. Asked for a cheesy gordita crunch with no lettuce, and as you can see in the picture there is most certainly lettuce in the item. The grilled cheese burrito was stuffed with rice and not much else. My partner agreed that everything tasted stale and not fresh despite being hot when we got it. We both regret choosing Taco Bell for dinner. For what it's worth, the Taco Bell on Kuykendahl near the Kroger is much better and the drive isn't too far, especially for food that actually tastes decent and is made right the first time. I think I'll go there instead when I want Taco Bell in the future, and I suggest anyone reading this do the same. P.S. the dark-skinned man with the glasses is really rude, and always has been. Made a $53 order for pickup. Upon arrival, my food was bagged up and ready, or so I thought. Before digging through the bag to ensure all my food was there, I noticed that the slushes that I ordered were not accompanying my order. I politely asked for my drinks after showing them that I actually did order them. They made them, gave me a drink carrier and I went out to my vehicle. My wife then looked through the food items to ensure it was all there. Well, the two cheese quesadillas were not in there. So, I went back inside and showed them once again that I had ordered the quesadillas and told them I didn’t receive them. The female that appeared to be the manager then told me that they are in the bag and that I just didn’t see them…. I then told her that I took each and every food item out of the bag before coming back in to ensure that I didn’t just overlook them. She then said, nah you probably just missed them, but we will make you some more anyway. This is where I not so politely asked her if she was calling me a liar. She then replied no sir, but we will make you some more anyway, therefore insinuating that she didn’t believe me again. I chose to say nothing more and just watched them make my kids cheese quesadillas to ensure they didn’t spit in them or anything else. Another employee came from the back and said that they did make them, but he said that the manager lady gave them to someone that was in the drive through. She looked at him and told him to SHUT UP and get back to work. Just ridiculous how rude this lady is! Got my food and left again. Upon my arrival back to the car, my wife then showed me that we were charged for the same meal twice, totaling over $106…. I went back AGAIN to ask for the charge to be cancelled, where then this extremely rude lady to me there was nothing she could do about it and I’d have to call corporate to get my money back. We will NEVER again return to this location, especially if this rude manager continues to work there. We will also inform the Township of this craziness.
