5/5 times I’ve been here my order has been incomplete. I shouldn’t have to double check that everything is in the bag before I leave or even worse go home and find everything’s not there and have to drive back. Honestly ridiculous. Highly advise anyone who orders here to double check that all your items are in the bag before leaving or risk wasting your time. Update: food was cold and soggy. And pizza was smushed. Taco Bell has gone to completely kiosk ordering. Management has apparently decided that customer service is no longer necessary. The food is good fast food, however, staff assistance is no longer there. I was told that I could use the drive thru if I wanted help. This only means I'm no longer going to visit. This was a completely awful experience. First off there is no order taker, you have to place your order yourself on a kiosk. After they called out our name we went to go get our food, when the lady behind the counter pulled the food trays back and it disappeared, we stood up there and waited when finally a customer, not even an employee came up to us with a bag of food claiming that they might have got our food since they had the same name as we did and apparently they don't use the last name initial that's required when ordering from the kiosk. So instead of rummaging through the bag since at this point we didn't even know whose food it even was, we placed it down on the counter for the employees to sort out. That didn't work at all, they stared at us like they had no idea where they even were little own what was going on with the orders being placed and going out. We repeatedly asked if the order was for Jon W. Which they could not answer, after much confusion it was determined that infact our order had gone out to the wrong customer and then brought back and was then given to us NOT EVEN BY AN EMPLOYEE BUT BY A CUSTOMER!!!!! They didn't remake it for us, instead they threw a tray at us and acted like we were inconvenient. We spent over $60 today to get treated like garbage for food that wasn't even good. I will never give any taco bell my money again, this taco bell has completely ruined it for me. That was completely unacceptable service and I refuse to pay to get treated like that. I've worked customer service for over 20 years and not a single one of your employees know a thing about customer service. There was no manager to be seen, it's no wonder why they employees don't care, there is no one there holding them accountable. We went to grab a bean and cheese burrito and some loaded chicken tacos. The burrito only had beans, nothing else. The tacos were missing some of the items they listed. No one was at the register to take orders, but with 7 people working, you would think someone would take care of the people in line. No ice, so you had to get melted ice with a cup that everyone has touched. I guess I will scratch them off my list for a quick bite. We thought we would give them another try. Again, there was no one at the register, and we waited almost 5 minutes. The tables were dirty. When we did get our order, 2 different items on our order were missing. We wanted to try the Cinnabon Delights. You could taste the oil. I don't think it had been changed in a while. 8/1/23-We stopped in for taco Tuesday. We wanted to try the new chicken avocado tacos. We should have known it would not work out. They did they don't have it at that location. Why is it on the kiosk if you don't offer it? We ended up getting the regular soft tacos, but asked guff we could at least have the avocado ranch that is for the new chicken tacos. They gave us a cup of it and it was very good. We ordered the Cinnabon bites. They were really good. As in the past, the ice wasn't working at the soda machine, so they had to put the ice in your cup. The tables were clean and the person at the register was really nice. Based on this experience, I added 2 more stars. This place has come a long way since I remember when it was closed for some time, past is the past. Nowadays it’s usually one of my “Big 3” for delivery, they have been working hard for sure great staff and hats off to management for bringing this place back to life! The delivery from here is fairly stress free except for the hot sauces. Silly thing to complain about if you ask me but who knows. Maybe it’s just Diablo fault… Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

It took way too long being stared at by 3 employees who giggled just to turn away. About a minute and a half passed before the girl who was cleaning the lobby apologized and stated they no longer take orders at the register. She could sense my frustration with the employees who ignored us and waited for the new girl who was actually working to handle it. She was happy to walk us through the new system and efficiently put our order in with all the picky changes we wanted. She then got right back to work as she was before. That young lady is the only reason this review made 3 stars. I imagine by the difference in attire, the shift lead was one of the three that didn't have time for customers or work. It's kinda dirty but the employees work hard and they make good food. 4/5 would recommend. If you're looking for a good deal I recommend the "Build your own Cravings Box" as you get two entries, a side, and a drink for less than $7, and I think everyone needs to have the Beefy Five Layer Burrito at some point; it's amazing. We stop here for breakfast and everything was made correctly and we enjoyed our food but we had our 11 month old with us and neither of their bathrooms had a changing table…and the women’s restroom is huge so that is kind of ridiculous. Please think about putting a changing table in so moms feel more comfortable leaving the house with their babies. When I was in the drive-thru getting my order taken The person taking my order did not sound friendly. And at the window when I was paying he did not have good customer service at all.
