Absolutely garbage service, ordered our food inside, took almost 20mins to get our food and that was only after my husband asked about our order. Meanwhile 5 cars went through the drive thru, another customer inside ordered after us and got her food 15mins earlier. Then the food was old, Chalupa shells hard as rocks. Taco bell is one of my favorite places to eat which makes this a little hard to write. My advice would be if you are ordering your food as is form the menu and not customizing it you'll be fine but every time I get my order from the drive thru it is always wrong. so long as you go inside and get your custom order your fine just don't get it in the drive through. what's even more sad is that this is not the only Taco Bell in town that is this way. all you have to do is check my reviews of the others and you will know which one to go to. Staff is very friendly and the food is good. The only negative thing I can say is that sometimes they get our our order wrong, but they will make it right if I call. I highly recommend this place. This location isn't nearly as good as the Columbia Ave. location. My wife ordered a chicken quesadilla, there wasn't hardly any chicken. My burrito Supreme was also lacking and only Luke warm.

Updating my review today (6/17). Customer service has improved greatly the past two times I've came here! Today I placed a mobile order which included the new baja blast freeze. What I somehow thought might happen did happen: They were out. But they were apologetic and offered to replace it with the strawberry cream freeze, and stated "It's really good." It was indeed really good! Thanks Taco Bell!

I've gone here a few times, normally no problems. Today we got multiple things including a beefy 5 layer. There was a long hair inside my burrito. Tried calling the store twice and no answer.
