Mexican food is nice at this place. At this fast food, clients can try nicely cooked tacos and tasty nacho chips. Guests don't highly appreciate tea at Taco Bell. Ordered a 12 pack of tacos. Half crunchy, half soft for my kids to have for lunch. I get home, and my daughter comes to me with her crunchy taco open, asking if they ran out of food today! I go open the other crunchy tacos. All of them literally have a squirt of meat, 3 strands of lettuce, and no cheese!!!! I call the restaurant and ask for a manager. Andrea I believe, is her name, gets on the phone, and literally just says hello 🙄. I told her my problem. She said, and I quote, "Did you call the right taco bell? I dont remember making that. If you bring them back, we can remake them, but I don't know what you want me to do. To have a nice day. " 😆 🤣 luckily for her I wasn't feeling too good, or I would have went back up there. Moral of the story, Andrea needs more training in the customer service department. Also, there needs to be a quality check before throwing it out the window. Just another Taco Bell. Nothing different here. Service was fast. Interior was the same as all other Taco Bells. Food was still warm when I got home, too. I live 10 minutes away. I was prepared to microwave everything before eating, but to my surprise, it was all still more than warm, almost hot. I can't lie, it was late and I was oh so hungry... but I must say, I don't do fast foods and I've always heard of people stomach getting messed up but actually, the food was fresh and I had no problems, Mind you it was late and ......well you know, I had got desperate, on my way to handle business, the food was great. We just stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and not one person said a word or even tried to help us. I asked if the lobby was open and the guy had an attitude. Then had the nerve to tell me so we're busy you can't see that!! But they was back there talking about stinky breath and joking around. This place is a joke and needs better workers and management. Daniel the night shift manager and his staff goof off over the intercom like Beavis and Butthead. I get working fast food is boring but to harass your customers just for entertainment then deny services when you question their immaturity and unprofessionalism is not someone who should be a manager at all. Normally I could care less for immature teens goofing but this has happened twice to me at this location. Same manager same time of day. I hope the owners of this store know what a great staff they have here. The ladies that take my order are always the nicest and my order is an annoying order and they never get annoyed and are always super friendly. Mary is so sweet and I wish I knew all the names because they deserve to be recognized. My previous review was for the day shift ladies. They are amazing. However… the night shift is beyond incompetent and rude. How this place is staying in business is beyond me. Whatever you do. Don’t go at night.
