All the customers adore wonderful Mexican cuisine at this fast food. Trying nicely cooked mexican pizza, nacho chips and beef is a pleasant experience here. Taco Bell is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Adequate prices are what you will pay for your meal. Enjoy the nice atmosphere here. Never had a problem here before but today I had a few things that I was unhappy about in my order. First I ordered a Baja blast freeze and they gave me a regular Baja blast. Which I could deal with because it’s not a big deal but I get home and the cheese that comes with the nacho fries is less than half full and then the nachos bell grande was mainly chips with 5 tomatoes sprinkled and a spoon full of cheese. If I could rate zero stars I would…. We got 2 crunch wraps that were so soggy and had ZERO meat inside. Our salsa verde fries looked HALF eaten. And our tacos that come with the order were split wide open, unwrapped and had almost nothing in them. Absolutely terrible.

They left out four of my items and messed up one of my tacos. I lucky caught two of the forgotten items and asked them to fix the taco which they did but when I got home I noticed the other two missing items. This is not the first time I’ve visited where the order was messed up and several item were left off. I had already payed for the items they didn’t give me so I feel ripped off. Can never go wrong with Taco Bell, in my opinion. This place is clean. Service was prompt, our order was correct (always has been) and one of the employees gave my toddler a burrito. Service was good. The young lady at the drive through was nice but the shells for the Mexican pizza I ordered were burnt and really dark brown compared to some other taco bell experiences I've had. No one wanted to take our order we were forced to use a kiosk that is not hunger friendly!!! The menu is not easy to use or to place an order. It took 10 minutes to place an order. I would've left but the kids wanted tacos 🌮....I was very angry and disappointed!!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Attempted to order 3 times this morning. Once they never answered even though they were open, drove around and they answered after 5 minutes, took my order, told me to hold on, then greeted me again and asked for my order like I didn’t just order. Like another person said, you don’t get what you pay for. I placed an order for a veggie bowl, extra black beans and extra rice. I did glance at it while in the car, but didn’t realize I would need to open it and dig to make sure all is there. NO black beans and a tiny bit of rice. Although there is a dried up bit of black bean scraped onto the side of the bowl. Some kind of joke from a bored worker? The last time I ordered a VEGGIE bowl, there was chicken. Which is why I took a glance at it before driving off. I’ve worked retail before, I get mistakes happen. But this is something else. I could see someone doing this to a pain in the a** customer but I was polite, so I’m not sure what the problem is.
