I ordered through the drive through on the night of 2/19/2024. When the employee opened the window to collect payment and give me my food, I also received an incredibly strong blast of marijuana smoke/odor. Thank goodness the process was quick! UPDATE 12/08/23: I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes trying to pay for my order i had placed on the kiosk. I had multiple employees look at me and ignore me. Apparently if you have cash they dont want your business here. I've given this place multiple opportunities and they're the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Never coming back again I've been here a few times and never had a real issue other than it tends to take 10 minutes or so to get the food. Today was horrible, different people than I normally see working and the service and food were terrible. My supreme soft taco had all the sour cream on the outside of the wrapper somehow and it made it all over the wrapper for the 5 layer burrito. I asked for that to be grilled and it was squashed flat and ripped open on both ends which made a huge mess as well. It took 17 minutes to get my 2 items made and the guy that was handing them out clearly didn't want to be there. He acted like it was a huge problem I needed my cup and it was obvious he was the one that did the sour cream fiasco. It was clearly seen and ignored by him which says a lot about the place. While I was eating a little girl ordered with her mom. When the drive thru lady asked about an item being made properly he said "it's already made" and wouldn't listen about how it was supposed to be made. Tried my mobile order couple times between 8 and 8:45am. While the app processed my orders, no one was there on time to open the store and it was a hassle to cancel my mobile orders. Perhaps the restaurant should update the business hour to 9am or pause the mobile order if they can’t find a reliable employee to work for them. Service: 1
This place is getting a 0 star rating. I ordered a certain number of crunchy tacos, but was given soft tacos. I went inside to tell them I had ordered crunchy tacos and it was such an inconvenience to them that I came in saying my order was wrong. The older gentleman behind the counter stood there and said so you want us to remake all of your tacos. I walked out because he was sitting there starting to argue with me about how much inconvenience it is to re-cook all the tacos. Came for breakfast at 8:05 cuz website says open at 8. The doors were open so we went in. The guy just said “we’re not open.” I told him what the website said about the open time and he just rudely said “ it’s 9.” Well, why did they leave the door unlocked then? This store steals from people. Avoid it at all costs!!!! Twice now I have placed orders they refuse to make and not been issued a refund. Don't bother coming to this store. These people won't make orders that have more than 5 items, they call out an S.O.S taco which is their slang for we don't have it. And when it gets to be around 11:30 midnight, if the line gets too long they turn all the lights off and say they ran out of everything. They even stand outside and smoke and laugh at the people waiting in line because they know they won't be getting their food. I don't know how this location is still in business when they close early and turn down orders because they want to go outside to smoke pot. I could hear the car in front of me complaining about the smell. This company was a lot better before Flynn bought them. Now it's just toxic, lazy, and the standards are non existant. Yesterday had an unfortunate experience at Taco Bell that left me feeling dissatisfied. It all began with a drive-thru visit, where I encountered a long line. Despite the wait, I received my order number in approximately 30 minutes, which seemed reasonable given that it was lunchtime. However, upon reaching the window, I encountered some confusion regarding the number of tacos in my order. Despite having already placed my order, there seemed to be a lack of clarity. To add to the confusion, another staff member approached and inquired about the quantity of tacos I had requested. I reiterated that I had ordered 15 tacos, as it was intended to be a family lunch. After an additional 10-minute wait, I was handed a packet containing a sack of tacos with Diablo sauce, just as I had requested. Unfortunately, upon arriving home and beginning to enjoy our meal, we discovered that some of the tacos were broken and poorly made. Within seconds, it became apparent that there were only 11 tacos in the bag, rather than the 15 we had ordered. I attempted to contact Taco Bell multiple times using the given contact number, but regrettably, I was unable to reach anyone. This experience truly marred our lunch and left me contemplating the dissonance between their significant investment in advertising and their apparent lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that Taco Bell takes this feedback into consideration and takes steps to address these issues, ensuring a better experience for their customers moving forward. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before I finally made it to the speaker. Upon arriving at the speaker the worker told me it would be a minute and proceeded to not say a word for another 10 minutes. Also worth noting that it was pouring rain at the time and I had to keep my window cracked just barely to see if the worker would come back to take my order but nothing, for 10 minutes. So 25 minutes later I finally drove away because I only had a 30 minute lunch break and had to get back to work. Never got to place my order because of how incredibly slow the service was. Unbelievable. Don’t go to this location unless you want to wait 25+ minutes in the Drive Through alone for food that more often than not isn’t cooked all the way. Not the first time this has happened at this location too. Once witnessed the old man who smells like cigarettes yelling at two of the younger workers who left the store due to his inability to hand out the correct order (from what I overheard) Seems like they’re very unstaffed and some of the workers aren’t able to work efficiently. Food is usually consistent and reasonably priced. Wait can be long. This particular location does not accept the TacoBell e-gift cards for some reason.... even when ordering from the App.....very frustrating. I wouldn't go here if the dining room is closed. If there's a problem with your order like missing items and you've already pulled away from the drive through, none of the staff notice you waiting at the locked front door, their phone number plays a "we're busy" message and then hangs up, and contacting support through email or the app gives no response (even after many months). The only option is to spend another 20+ minutes going the busy drive through again. This has happened to me more than 10 times in the past year. I give up. Also, vegetarian substitutions are not consistent - about a 20% chance I still get beef. Food: 2 Service: 1
