Only been to this location a handful of times but they manage to fail on the Supreme soft tacos. It has been a few times now. Its disappointing. Apparently the people here get super pissed if you put a funny name on your dine in order. The people in the kitchen will give you the nastiest stares. Heard whispers back there. You can't just change the rules because you don't like how I do it. You can't do that! I just wanted to have some fun before alcohol class. Also, why is there outlets on the ceiling? Very unnerving. I didn't have a good experience at this Taco Bell 😕. When we walked in, there was nobody at the counter. A few other customers were waiting too. All of the staff were working in the food preparation area . There was a order kiosk machine that we tried to use but my grandkids really wanted ICEE drinks and there were no choices to order ICEE drinks on the kiosk. We waited a good 5 minutes and finally I just told my Grandkids they would need to order other drinks. So we ordered on the kiosk. It took about 10 minutes for our food to be done and they didn't even give us our drink cups with the order. We had to go back up to the counter to get those, which took another 5 minutes since nobody was at the counter. Thete were no staff cleaning the tables, so the atmosphere left a lot to be desired too. The tacos were incredibly skimpy with hardly any filling. Everything just felt sloppy and rushed. As we left the restaurant, I did notice that there was a lot of cars in the drive through lane, so apparently I'm guessing that was probably what was going on, but the restaurant shouldn't only be focused on the drive through lane when they've got a restaurant full of people as well. as I left there were several people waiting to get orders in as well. My impression is that this is a very busy location and probably very understaffed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I typed out the name for my order as Bilbo B. When the girl behind the counter put my order out on the counter, she just silently gave me a death stare. Then when the next customer's order was ready, she said their "normal", boring name loud and proud. I'm out here just trying to live my best life and she consciously chose to ruin my fun. Food is fine, run of the mill for a taco bell, so no complaints there. The service, however, is horrendous. Something is always missing from your order both dine in and take out, so it's not a good choice for large orders or people expecting good service. Drive Thur service was fast. I came there around 3:30pm. Customer service was kind. The food is your typical Taco Bell taste buzz. Sounds odd to say, truth is I’m a fan of TB. I usually get the box. The best part is the tacos and burritos were not overly dry or oily which is why at this location they get 4 stars. Ive been to other locations near by and the food was not presentable nor meet my expectations. I would have given five stars if they haven’t missed the cinnamon twist and the beefy five layers would have been replaced with rice or more proteins somehow they could hook up more due to the beans I requested to be removed. Great location. Clean area. It’s been a day later and no signs of stomach aches. All is well! Keep up the excellent work. Wasn’t going to write a review but next day felt a civic duty to complete one. A little background, my first job was at a Taco Bell in west Phoenix in 1973. I’ve cooked in several restaurants since then. I ordered 2 hard shell tacos and 1 bean burrito…basic TB items. Tacos were less than half filled, very little lettuce and cheese. Burrito was huge, almost as wide as it was long. I ate a third of burrito and never ran into any enchilada sauce or onions. No quality control. This place is obviously off my list. The spicy potato soft tacos were so burnt and the potatoes were rock hard. They almost chipped my tooth. Not just one but all six of them. There's no way that the employees didn't see this. This is just plain trifling. They could just simply take it off the menu if they don't have potatoes that aren't as hard as diamonds! I'd ask for my money back but I'm just simply not in the mood to argue with anybody.
