I would suggest never going to this Taco Bell. The one on Skyland is much better and will actually give you good quality food AND what you asked for. My burritos had sour cream there is no sour cream in the bean burritos… my quesadilla has no chicken in it how do I know that? Because the wrappers stuck to it and tore it apart while opening. And they forgot the sauce which was fine but they couldn’t even get the burritos right so there’s my review. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

super rude. was out picking up an order from here at 230 am, on 1/20 and they had an employee outside screaming & taking an awful attitude towards everyone who had pick-up orders. was running around asking everyone if we had to-go orders, then hand motioning at everyone like dogs, i guess to “come on”, but for the people who didn’t respond to hand motions - she got super aggressive. didn’t really understand what that was about or why treating people like that is acceptable, but it threw me for a loop for sure. We’ll NEVER return to this location. Entire order was wrong. I ordered extra meat didn’t receive it. I ordered no beans still received them. I order 1 extra taco supreme and instead I was sent 2 quesadillas. I don’t even eat quesadillas. It’s very sad and disappointing to order something for delivery and when you get it, it is incorrect. We placed an online order and it went through. Showed up and they told us they were only taking door dash and Uber eats orders. Thing is at that point we had an order placed through the app for 30 minutes. And there was no indication anywhere that they were only taking those types of orders. It seems like they should either indicate that this is a policy, or just never be open for only delivery orders. That is a ridiculous policy. I have never heard of it at any restaurant. I'm so tired of paying so much for extra stuff and not getting what I paid for. It adds up and I'm done. And why are the soft tacos so wet?! Always have water draining from them I guess from the lettuce? Idk but makes the tortilla stick to the paper and then it rips and creates a mess. The workers are always sweet tho just whoever makes the food don't read the screens and I'm tired of literally wasting my money. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food was decent, burritos were not folded correctly, causing the ingredients to be spilled all out of the tortillas before opening the plastic wrap. When placing mobile drive through orders that include sauce, make sure to ask the cashier for the sauce, as it is never included in my order otherwise. Also napkins, for some reason there is never a single napkin in my drive through to-go orders. I’m a Taco Bell fan, and this is the location closest to my residence. I really want to see them win. Went through the drive through line today at 3:50 and order a quesadilla with a side a creamy jalapeño sauce, lady puts it in wrong as chipotle and I tell her. She refuses to change it and says "I just put it there we have your creamy jalapeño" I get home and guess what, it's chipotle sauce not creamy jalapeño. Absolutely terrible! I rarely get fast food, and almost never actually like it when I do. But an employee taking orders at the drive-through window here-- SONIA -- made this a delightful stop! She was so friendly and happy, she made me smile big. I might go back just hoping to see her. This place has nice, neat landscaping, and it is easy to drive through or park with such large lot space. Employees were masked. Yep, the food was fine too. 😊✌❤
