This was our 3rd order messed up in a very short amount of time, finally got tired of it, contacted corporate and emailed my complaint. I received a call back from regional manager Rachel who I must say was extremely polite and professional. Rachel advised she wouid make it right, and she did, I commend Rachel for her professional customer service, wish we had more Rachel's out there. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered a bunch of food last night around 1 30 am. We were the only car in the drive through. We drove home to realize they forgot 2 items we Paid for. Look for the recept in the bag. There is none. They even got one of our orders wrong when we said no lettuce and tomato. OH and the cinnamon twists we ordered? Had NO cinnamon on them. The employees who work at night are all idiots. Walked in, took 25 minutes for 5 tacos and 2 soft drinks and they still left out stuff I paid for. Any other taco bell in town, no problem. I have to try here, because I can't report on the terrible taco bell app, you can't contact your driver at all, and no one at the restaurant picks up the phone. EVERY. TIME. I get delivery from here, something is missing. It is absolutely ridiculous. If you're not going to send all the food the first time, at least make it so I can get the damn food. Edited a few months later after another 3 times being wrong. Food: 3 Service: 1

ZERO STARS!!! Every time, every stupid time, I go to this location, they screw up my order. A chicken burrito, and I get beef. How hard is that?? The idiots here will give your order to whoever in line ahead of you claims it first- will then make you prove it was yours with an interrogation before offering to reluctantly redo it if you get back in line since they just wasted the last 5 minutes in a group huddle trying to figure it out. Sheridan road taco bell has some service issues. We'll staffed but confused and unorganized. I dashed there the times this evening and long wait times and many customers waiting for long time in lobby. Maybe just a bad night but.... This is my favorite fast food place but make sure that you don't order kick start at this specific place, because the workers don't know how to put flavoring in their machine. I go here every once in a while and I always forget and buy kick start. Everytime that I go there, they never have good Kick Start there.
