Two star overall rating. Five star food quality. It's as good as it's going to get. A bean burrito is a bean burrito. Five star service. A customer refused a burrito and I asked for it and they gave it to me for free. Two star atmosphere. There's a middle aged large man here who is extremely rude to homeless customers. Multiple times I've been here and a homeless person asked to use the bathroom and the first thing out of the large manager is "are you going to buy something?" As a common homeless customer, this infuriates me. Which is why I give this location two stars. And I've been at five star taco bell locations before. This store has some work to do. The cashier that I had was so awesome! I was a little bit short on money this last visit to this location, and she took care of the difference for me. I thought that was so kind and nice of her. I was like $0.45 off and only had 2 items with my purchase. I think she knew that times are kinda rough for everyone now a days, and I was trying to feed myself and my girlfriend. Doesn't participate in the $1 happy hour, but still has it advertised on their board. Spoke to an employee and manager, only response was "we are a franchise store not corporate so we don't have to follow the $1 happy hour", ignoring that they advertised the $1 price literally on the sign above them Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love Taco Bell; my favourites are the grilled cheesy burrito, the beefy triple melt burrito, and the Doritos locos taco supreme beef taco. Specifically at this location, service is usually super slow there as there’s long lines inside and the drive thru. Also more than a handful of times they forget one or more of my items I order, and there will be topping missing in items. Yeah. I go to Taco Bell a lot near my work in Mt Vernon they are polite and great you. This one though man, all the employees completely ignore you even if you’re politely saying thank you. I love mobile ordering don’t get me wrong but these people use it as an excuse to not look or even speak to customers who come in store. I always order the Doritos locos tacos and let me tell you I don't know if its the employees or the person who does the ordering of their food but the shell was stale and had mold on the inside. I smelled it before I seen it. Thank God I don't take a bite. Gross. The employees ask you to pull around the building and wait for one taco to be brought out to me when there wasn't even anyone else in line waiting to order at the drive thru. So excited for breakfast, but they don’t serve it even though their sign says “breakfast until 11am”….. so then I ordered 2 tacos with onions. I got a taco with lukewarm meat, cheese, onions and barely any shredded lettuce. There was food all over the STALE taco shell!! See pic! This location is the worst. They accidentally messed up my order but they immediately corrected it with a smile on their face. They are asking you to place your order on their kiosk. Please don't get mad at the employees for this. When we were there there were no fewer than two parties that had a fit about this, one straight up cursing out the employee who politely pointed this out. This was a corporate or franchisee decision. The guy working the counter had nothing to do with this. There's no call for cursing him out. Besides, if you're someone who likes to customize your order but don't like asking for these customizations for whatever reason, you can do it to your heart's content on the kiosk! Probably one of the worst Taco Bell meals I've ever had. The chips with nacho cheese tasted like cardboard and mouldy cheese. The tacos were so greasy and flavourless I just ate them quick to get them down, didn't enjoy them all all. The my also had menu items that weren't even available. All in all a disappointment.
