Whoever is working the drive thru on 10/30 around 12-1pm is absolutely the worst employee I’ve come across in years. Showed no signs of customer service and acted as if showing emotion would just be the end of the world. I asked for 2 soft tacos with NO LETTUCE and of course they are filled with more lettuce than meat or cheese. 0 out of 10 would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Employees hanging out the side door so one of them can smoke. Allowing smoke to come in the door. Floor was nasty. High chairs unusable. Tables nasty. Employees sitting around and say they can’t take orders, you have to use the kiosk, which is crazy. I guess it’s too much to ask someone to do their job now days.
