Great range of sausage rolls, which I brought to share around the office because I am a nice guy (and because I made a mistake and I needed to own up to it). Sausages rolls solved the problem and got everyone off my back... A++ Food: 5

Good customer service. However, their chicken, cranberry, and bri pies are not up to standard. I would recommend you go down the road to aorangi bakery if you are looking for a quality pie.

The pastry is golden and not too flaky, with a perfect crisp. The pies are packed with filling. The mince and cheese has cheese on top and cheese inside too. The mince is smooth and flavoursome with hints of tomato. Value for money and priced very affordably ($5.20) in comparison to other quality pies. Very good pie. The brisket pies are smoky and impressive for a commercial operation. The raspberry buns are also top tier.
Melissa and Jenny are always on point. Knowing my order after only one visit. Always brewed perfectly and the food is fresh and delicious. Thank you ladies I really appreciate your chat and smiles in my day.

The chicken savouries are great, but I think they've cut costs recently, there doesn't seem to be as much cheese or chicken in the filling anymore. Also, the BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato) has literally half a slice of tomato, one half slice of avocado, one small bit of bacon, and a whole lot of lettuce. Should have been called a lettuce sandwich with a tiny bit of window dressing where you can see it.

We went to buy sausage rolls at this place at around 7am today. The woman there was honestly quite rude - from the way she looked at us to the way she talked to us. It made me sad to think that she may have treated us that way because we were not Kiwi. In any case, if she was having a bad start to the day, hopefully her day goes better. But we definitely won't buy anything from here again.
We were visiting from Australia and everytime we come home to visit we always go to our favourite bakery, usually we go to the one in Sydenham, however our Whanau stay in Belfast, said that their is one in Wairakei Rd we went to check it out, food like usual yummy, the Maori lady who served us gave great service, as for the older pakeha lady who obviously was having a bad day, everytime we went into the shop, found her to be a sour old dragon.
