Guests enjoy the sights of Kemah Boardwalk and reserve a table for good meals here. Trying good ice cream is a nice experience here. You will hardly forget delicious coffee that you can taste. The success of this confectionary restaurant would be impossible without efficient employees. Prompt service is something visitors agree upon here. We passed by on Halloween day. Employees are not welcoming nor friendly. The ice cream tasted great. I loved the pistachio and the cotton candy. Mask is not required, but there is a sign on the door to keep 6 feet apart.

First time visiting this location to get drinks from the Starbucks inside. I went to the counter and was greeted by Taylen who took my order for a hot chocolate. She proceeded to make my order, as she finished she came to take a second order who also ordered Hot Chocolate. She proceeds to tell the other person "you could have said something while I was over making his order". Not really sure that is appropriate to say to a customer who, 1 is supporting your business, and 2 said nothing to you that would have provoked that kind of response to her order. I hope this issue is addressed and this kind of attitude towards a customer is not acceptable in your establishment.

The guy at the front never greeted us or offered pleasantries, first words were to tell my son to stop touching the black strap on the line divider... then just stared at us. Luckily the young lady swooped in and sweetly began taking our orders. We began directing all of our communications to her, and he finally snapped out of his trance and asked if he could get us anything else. Just such a contrast of excellent customer service vs poor communication/ customer relations. I sympathize wholeheartedly with the difficulty retaining workers. He may be a hard working consistent employee that always shows up early, but perhaps he should either be given tasks behind the scenes or be taught acceptable communication skills. Sorry I really dont mean to sound rude or trivial, but when I’ve had this kind of feedback it invariably ends up being constructive, often I wasn’t even aware of an issue until brought to my attention.

Who doesn't like ice cream? This place was Amazing!! I have never been to a place where you got to choose what flavored scoops you want for a banana split. My mind was blown, I'm so used to the tradition 3 scoops of vanilla. Needless to say we all enjoyed our banana splits & cones.

Love the malted shakes. They only serve Blue Bell Ice Cream, but don't expect a massive selection or any of the exotic flavors. They have a round 20 flavors. Overall, this is the perfect place to go after dinner for dessert. They also have a great little spot on the balcony with an awesome view of the stage.

We visited here on a Saturday afternoon. A woman named Taylen was working by herself and was amazing! She had a non-stop stream of customers and was so kind and patient with everyone. She even answered our silly flavor questions as first-time visitors. You can also watch live music from the balcony.

This place is excellent. The price is kinda expensive but they give you a lot of ice cream. It smells like fresh waffle cones and the employees are very friendly. No doubt the best ice cream parlor in town.

Everything is fair, pretty much... the creators aren't made when you order them and their chocolate syrup kind of sucks. The ice cream it's pretty normal, which is good because it's ice cream.
