Japanese cuisine is provided at this restaurant. Nicely cooked sushi, taro and misir have an appetizing taste. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is patient here. A lot of guests have noticed that the service is terrific. But many clients who use Google didn't give Sushi Yama a high rating.

Unacceptable waiting time which is 30 minutes for three yakiniku at 16 in a week day. I could not understand how they proceed their work. The food was quite ok as other sushi yama

I have eaten at other restaurants from the same chain and therefore had high expectations. As with the other places the price is quite high compared to other places in Sweden, but the quality and details usually make it worthwhile. However, this time the experience was far from worth it, and I might even go as far as to say it was one of the worst plates of sushi I have ever had. The avocado was not ripe, the sushi rice was dry, most of the fish was dry and the pieces were extremely small. The only pieces which were ok were the inside-outs with sauce, probably because it was difficult to tell if it was dry or not. The service was good, the miso soup was nice and we didn't have to wait long to receive the food. But I would never go again and would advise anyone who walks through this mall to choose another place for their meal.

Honestly it was way overpriced and not good enough for the price tag. It was also quite small bites, so 14 pieces was not even close to making the appetite go away. Such a shame because it is a good setting.
