I’ve been going here on my break for the past few days now, and the sushi is amazing every time! I’ve been loving their California roll and their Green Dragon roll. First time in this restaurant, and the service provided here was amazing and warm welcoming. recommend always start off with the fresh crab Rangoons while waiting for sushi. The sushi was also amazing and fresh, especially the magical Picanha Sushi, first time ever trying such thing and all I can say it can never disappoint the taste buds. The Owner , Fernando and his staff were very friendly. Friendliness and Great Sushi will always have me come back more often! Sushi Kaku makes a fantastic poke bowl! There are some other good ones around town such as Atlantic Poke but this one is my go-to for all the great, fresh ingredients they include. Their menu is so huge you might miss it, but try one of their poke bowls and you will not be disappointed. The key is the pineapple, along with all the fresh tuna and salmon, avocado, edamame beans, seafood salad and delicious dressing. Thank you Sushi Kaku! So fresh. Amazing. The fish is always sooo fresh. The sushi options are creative - taste explosions you might not have expected but are masterful. Long Island Roll is phenomenal. Also love the Volcano Roll Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is delicious but the size and serving of sushi I received seemed relatively small compared to the size / count of other sushi restaurants I've been to that offer a similar price. The workers attended me quickly and seemed to ask if I needed anything. The atmosphere was somewhat lacking - maybe it's due to coming in at an awkward time where it was only me but there was no media background noise, or music going to fill in the space.
