We had tuna in a delicious sauce with multiple side dishes. The best one of them was coconut flavored lentils. Amazing! All the food was very tasty and Susan and her team were super nice and friendly. Overall, a beautiful and delicious experience I'd definitely recommend! A Fantastic little restaurant on Chatham Bay beach. 6 of us looking for something to eat on Sunday night. We booked during the afternoon & by 6.30 Susan had prepared us the most amazing buffet of chicken, pork & fish with all the trimmings. Had the most amazing birthday dinner at Sun Dipp! Such wonderful atmosphere , speaking with the lovely family that run it. Had some delicious food and rum punch! Absolutely amazing experience and food! We have been in Chatham Bay for 3 days and wish we found this gem sooner. Decided to go for a walk down the beach and when reading the sign Susan came out to greet us. We have been travelling with kids and they often have not been impressed. However we were told Susan’s fried chicken and chips was the best meal our kids had on vacation and we agree! Also the ribs were great as well as the potatoes. Highly recommend!!! We had a really lovely dinner with Susan, the very gracious owner. She had a great steel drum quartet playing as we enjoyed the sunsetting and ate our simple and delicious fare. We appreciated her friendly and hard working personality and want to let folks know she is a small joint but worth the risk, not so much a party bar as a mom-run restaurant. Maybe not the most established spot in Chatham, but she was just getting it going when we visited. Clean kitchen, free Wi-Fi, local knowledge, and she has alcohol if you want it. Good folks at the Sunn Dipp. Susan’s kind demeanor and good cooking make it worth the trip to this beautiful harbor, we recommend you help her realize her dream. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Run by a super friendly lady who is very passionate about the beach and it’s goings on. They have a lovely shaded tree to sit under and enjoy the view. Would come back in a heart beat
