We waited one hour on our food. When it arrived their "yakitoba" was frozen chicken skewers heated in a microwave with the sauce that came in the packet (i have bought these myself from a supermarket so i know that it was the same - they are not good.) On the side there was iceberg red cale and seaweed salad? The dumplings were meh but the bao with fried chicken was good. But in all honesty that dish is hard to screw up. After 50 minutes we asked if our food was on the way(we ordered 1 "main" being the chicken skewers and two sides). The cashier said its coming in 2-3 minutes which in hindsight seemed like they hadnt started yet considering it was microwaved. Weird and disappointing experience. I left disappointed. Let me preface this by saying I've been to Japan and am fortunate to have had sushi and ramen in many places around the world, from Europe to the US to Australia. This isn't it. It's possible this is simply adapted to the Swedish palate and people here like it this way. But I went in looking for Japanese food and left disappointed. The ramen was topped with iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, a <fried> egg, sesame, beef and kelp. Some strange choices but not terrible. However the broth was so sad. It was quite sweet, but had almost no flavor to it, like it had been watered down a lot. I only tried one piece of shushi but the fish on it made me sad as well. Did not taste or feel fresh. The rice was quite good, so I guess that's a win. But you don't eat sushi just for the rice. Like I said, maybe this is simply adapted for what people here like, but it did not scratch the ramen itch for me. Service was friendly/ok. I wish they would have asked me how I wanted my egg, but I concede that since I don't speak Swedish or Japanese they may not have been able to communicate it better and it may not be their fault.
