I’m not sure if everyone was having a bad day, but I wasn’t greeted when entering the store or when I was waiting for my order to be taken. One girl was more concerned about orders for people who weren’t there. After about 10 minutes of being ignored by the second employee behind the glass, thankfully a young man came around to restock & noticed I was still waiting to order. Again, my order was taken in silence (very awkward) & both employees seemed to be in slow mode.. extremely slow mode. If the third employee who was restocking didn’t say something, I’m not sure when I would have been helped, considering when I left the same employee was doing the same sandwiches she had been working on before I even came in. Will not be returning Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I get a sub here the bread is stale. I have also been told that they no longer take coupons published by subway. I will have to find another place to get my subs Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

So, ordered online, was supposed to be ready at 7:20, got there, wasn't begun until almost 730. I was envisioning a sandwich with fresh bread, some nice vegetables, instead bread was like an old shoe and had about four pieces of spinach on it. We'll, I guess I'm done with this place...

Employees seemed to be in slow mode. We did an online order and gave more than ample time for them to make our order and have it ready for pickup. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes in the store. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I’m very disappointed in this particular store. I went to order some subs for my family and everything I had ask for was unavailable. We settled for what was available. There were no cookies and only 1 Gatorade no ranch no pickles no mozzarella cheese no meatballs and so on . I purchased 2 foot longs a bag of chips and 1 Gatorade $17.95 . When we got home to eat the bread was extremely hard and crumbling , and the taste wasn’t the best either. I grabbed up everything and drove back to the store. When I got there the employees did not know how to do a refund. I asked for the manager there was no manager available. I left my telephone number and name for a call back, and never got one. The next day I called the store and ask for the manager, the manager was still unavailable. I was given a telephone number for the manager but never got an answer. Just a waste of money I pay for something and couldn’t even eat it. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

If I could give ten stars I would. Jaheim is so great. He is ALWAYS so respectful and makes sure you have a positive experience. Alvin is also great! They’re both really sweet and respectful young men.

3 restaurants turned us away. Waffle house ran to close their door. These folks stayed after closing to ensure that my granddaughter and I were able to eat. She had been at a practice for a performance that would occur the next night. Big ataboy to this subway location and their very personable staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My boyfriend and I went today to get lunch and there were either 4 or 5 people in front of us waiting to give there order to get there sandwich. Very little meat on our sandwiches, asked if we wanted our sandwich toasted (sandwich was getting bacon on it) There was a lot of dressing on one end of the sandwich and little to none on the other side. I asked for pickles on my sandwich and the employee gave me very little even when I asked for more pickles. When they finished making our sandwiches we went to checkout and I overheard the customer waiting behind us trying to order her sandwich and the employee told her she had to wait because they had to get these mobile orders out. They were more focused on the mobile orders than helping the customers in the store. When we got home to eat our sandwiches I started eating mine and knew something was off but couldn’t tell. By the time I started the second half I knew what was wrong. My bread was not cooked all the way. So it was doughy with every bite. I tried to still eat it because I was hungry. I ended up not able to keep it down and now I feel sick and don’t want to eat anything
