The owner is very racist and talks very nasty to the customers!! everyone has bad days but not all the time !!He has a big community beside him that's the only reason some people go there is for convenience !if not he wouldn't have a business!!he looks at the customers with an angry face never smile and greet the customers!!! Dirty counters, skimp out of meat and veggies, dont speak English or just refuses to speak English and talks Indian to each other. Very uncomfortable. For the money the food isn't worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Subway need to return to the old ways where the price was reasonable and bread was fresh. This subway was unclean employees didn't speak until you tell them ur order. 6 inch turkey sub with 2 cookies and a drink was $13 I could've cook dinner for that n feed 4 people

Servers never change their gloves. Each sandwich should be done with clean gloves. Lettuce always look old, as if they are not sitting in a chiller at the counter. (SHOULD BE COVERED WHEN NOT SERVING, BIT ITS NOT) They are very stingy with the vegetables. Sandwich looks like nothing but meat and no vegetable. Ask for more, and they drop two more jalapeños or two more shavings of onion. They get away with this because of location. There is nothing else nearby, besides Chinese and Mc Donalds

Employees have a real hard time multitasking and seem not to care about making customers wait. There’s only one employee at this location that seems to be a “go getter” and picks up the pace when needed. Also please please please do something about the app. It’s horribly slow running and glitches every time I order. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times and have tried over people’s phones. This is a huge problem.

On the morning of Nov 2 2017 while heading to work; I stop to purchase a sandwich from Subway Restaurant # 16761 2000 McMcMillan, Ave Riverplace Shopping Ctr. North Charleston SC 29405 But this store visit was not the same as the other Subways establishments that I had visit. The worker behind the counter didn’t greet me at all! Instead I stood at the counter and listen while she had a very loud violent conversation on Speaker Phone with another female I Assume a Family Member as they were speaking Hindi her native Indian language. Did I mention I was the only person in the store? It was not until 5-10min later after trying to ask for service and staring at her she asks very angry, "What Do YOU Want"! I politely ask for a Breakfast sandwich; she quickly and very loudly said “I don’t have time to turn on oven, can’t make that” ! Ask if I could use the restroom and wait until she turned it on. The only Restroom in working order, was the Women’s; which had fecal matter spread on the wall and floor. “This encounter made me feel I was back in a third world country again and not in the United States. I immediately exit the restroom ask for the manager. She said angry again “What YOU want I'm Manager!” So I took a photo of the Business license and explained that I would be filling a complaint and notifying SC Health department of there sanitation issues. Unless you want Horrible service and Contaminated food. "STAY AWAY from this SUBWAY!!

These immigrants in subway gonna get someone sick. I walk in the guy wearing a gloves now has fixed my sandwich with a glove he had been using all day. This is dangerous to the health of many ppl. I will be calling the health department on them asap
