Order good biscuits. Clients don't highly appreciate sandwiches at this restaurant. Accommodating employees work hard, stay positive and make this place great. The cool atmosphere makes a good impression on customers. But google users haven't given Subway a high rating.

Very nice people took our order and exacted the task perfectly unlike some other places I have been to. This subway was surprisingly clean and has bathrooms for customers. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Caesar Chicken

Hired me for the weekend closing position as a transfer from another subway. Didn't train me once for closing, had me working lunch shifts for the first two weeks, then once school started I said I could only work weekends, they refused to schedule me claiming my schedule didn't work with theirs, eventually ghosted me after weeks of trying. Owners are extremely greedy and keep product for much longer than it should be. They keep sauce open all the time and encourage not thoroughly rinsing dishes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been here a couple times & the service is some of the best in Bham always friendly & happy to help. I came in tonight & the young man was helping a family with 2 kids. I came in alone & was in no rush so was fine scrolling my phone as I waited. Wasn’t expecting to get helped till he rung them up but as soon as he had a chance he came over @ asked what he could get started for me! He started it by cutting the bread, adding meat & cheese & proceeded to finish up the families order. When he was finished he promptly came back to finish & was very professional. Turned out beautiful!! I’m actually glad Pizza Hut dining room was closed at 8:30 pm now. This sandwich was much better for me in the long run anyway & this young gentleman was ready to work. Good to see. Good energy & that’s what really matters to me when someone else is handling my food. Food poisoning isn’t just from unsanitary conditions of the store it’s from unhealthy & unsafe energy too! Y’all be safe out there. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Came in the subway to buy some sandwiches with a coupon, the employee told me they do not take coupons and I asked her if she was serious. That’s when the owner that was hanging out with his friends in the lobby told me he does not except them. Why do we have coupons then? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

As far as Subway goes, this franchise meets all expectations. It excelled IMHO in customer service, very friendly staff, go here often enough to say everyone I've met here has been humble and pleasant. Recommend this particular subway 100% from my own experiences.

An absolutely lovely dining experience. My sandwich was made to order and the sandwich maker was superb! They were knowledgeable about all of the toppings and even gave recommendations! I would have never thought to put salt and pepper and mustard on the same sandwich. Mind blown! Well done Subway! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

My husband goes out of his way to go to this specific subway. The staff and ownership are personable and kind. They take their time making the sandwiches just right. It’s a well run establishment and it keeps him coming back multiple times a week. Keep up the good work, we appreciate it!

They literally refused to serve me. Because my life-threatening allergy (and I quote) "made their job too hard." She wanted me to sign the receipt to say I accepted the risk and when I agreed, called her boss to get permission not to serve me, which he told her was fine. "I don't get paid for the added risk." Literally her words. Subway has always been one of the most accommodating places I've ever eaten and that's why I have been a customer when I do go out to eat, because I've never had a problem. I will never eat there again now. Oh hey. But they gave me two free cookies so that makes it all okay right?

Best customer service ❤️ My order had been messed up with door dash. Not only did the employee make it right by fixing my sandwich but they also sent me cookies too. They were very kind and professional! I’ll be making the extra 10 minute drive to this location from now on
