I give this place a one star. My first time visiting this particular subway, I came in and two young girls were working the front. Neither one of them addressed me being there or told me to give them a few minutes while they finished up a few online orders or anything. They just continue working, talking to each other. After a few minutes standing there and no one addressing me, I finally ask if they had a lot of orders. One girl say “yes, a lot of online orders.” I say okay and turn to leave. Neither one them say anything. FYI on customer service, all they had to say was “Hello, we will be right with you, we are finishing up some online orders and will get to you soon as possible.” Nothing else had to be said and I would have waited and you would have got payment for the sub. Just came to this location. I’ll give it a one star because the owner is a complete D bag. I simply asked why they didn’t use coupons there and they said because we choose not to. When I asked why he said because it’s America. Rude management. Rude owner. Nasty location. They don’t care about customer service

After eating at the Union road location, I thought to give this one a try since it's closer. That was a mistake. The bread was obviously not fresh and the cookies were stale and tasted days old. Always perfect. Employees are very nice and don't rush but also don't take forever, they go at a good pace to not get anything wrong but also to let us go back to whatever we are doing fast. I eat at this Subway at least 3 times per week. The store is clean. The owner is very nice and the employees there have always been helpful and nice also. I had trouble one time with the app, so I called and even though it was their busy lunch time, I got help and confirmation on my order. Good food, great people. Me and my grandson we go to Subway at least once every 2 weeks. Take him after school. Add hes got his special sandwich. And I also get my sandwich. Some chips. And drinks. The one we go to always seems to be very friendly. It is off of south new Hope rd. Gastonia.
