They need one hour for shift change apparently, if that's even a thing, waited approximately 20 minutes at the counter and nobody was there, I called and nobody responded, then I asked the cashier if the subway was closed and she went inside to get someone, finally someone came out just to say they were doing shift change and that it would take another 30 minutes fefore they could serve us, we ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Very disappointed with the service. Service: 1

Arrived here to make my order , the elderly lady said it will be be few mins to get ready for everything I understand and told her to take her time I will wait I don’t see no one helping her. I waited an hour and half and she still didn’t get back just looks at me rudely as she passes by every few minutes and I have nothing around my site to eat I could of went and got food faster then this . Not a bad place. People need to work in fast food to understand what needs to be done for their shift change. Corporate needs to fix their internal problems. This Subway is in a gas station so it's gonna be kinda sketchy. However, I was surprised to see that they only accept cash. I tried talking to the employees about it and apparently it's been going on for a while and they didn't seem to care about the inconvenience it causes customers. Plus, who doesn't want to handle fives and ones that have been in God-knows-where before they grab and eat their sandwich? I got a foot long steak sandwich with banana peppers and lettuce paired with a large drink. This meal totaled approximately 10.5 dollars but you'd think they'd put more meat in it. My sandwich was about 70% lettuce/banana peppers and 30% meat/cheese. It felt like I was biting into a banana pepper sandwich with a hint of meat. I tried looking for my recipt after eating the sandwich and realized they never gave it to me or put it into the bag. Not only has my opinion of this particular Subway gone downhill, but also Subway as an entire brand has gone down as well. If you're still considering going here, they use the same soda fountains as Stripes so compare prices and buy the cheaper option.

Today I arrived at Subway about 5:30 a.m. and it appeared to be open but I did not see the attended/employee, so I asked the Stripes people and they called the Subway attended/employee and he approached and said that he could not do anything for me because he had to clean up and prepare before the 6 a.m. crew got there and I wasn't the only customer that was turned away... Now I'm asking myself what has he been doing for the last 6-8hrs that he has to turn customers away before the next crew gets there 🤔😳🤔 Think About It 🤔 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there last week had put in a mobile order and still had to wait in line. Boy at the counter was very slow and looking everywhere and pausing and the two kids behind him just stood there and ontop of my order not being ready at the time it said it would I had to wait 30+ mins for something that should have been ready but instead I had to wait behind literally two people and still tell him what was on my sandwich when my order was on the phone in front of him Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
