Order two Monster subs for lunch through the app. Kept all ingredients and added a couple. The subs had minimal meat and didn’t even go to the edge. One sub had a long black hair in it and the other sub had a green string (looked like it came from the apron) within wrapper. Overall, really bad experience and a total disappointment for the meh subs we received. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Whoever is in charge of this subway seriously needs to be fired. Waited 1 hour just to get my sandwich made in store. Why wasn’t there any other employees working? I felt extremely bad because there was only one person working but he was definitely a hard worker I can tell. I hate being a karen but if you’re only having 1 employee work on Sunday at 12 that’s ridiculous. Please whoever is in charge of this location…the boss or manager or whatever needs to be fired or let off cause this was horrible.
What has happened to Subway? They are very stingy with veggies, but are not with the mayo. It's bread and mayonnaise, gross. I recently had to opt out of mayonnaise and add my own. Each Subway I go to is the same. I read that it depends on the person making the sandwich but that doesn't seem yo be the case. I remember Subway was really good, but something has changed and I don't believe I'll be back. Expensive sandwiches with no flavor. Service was the absolute worst here. I put an order through the app and it said it would be ready at 6 and usually I don’t care if it’s late I don’t mind that at all but there was zero people in line so I went up to the register and waited to be acknowledged bc they ignored me when I tried to get someones attention. The ladies working kept looking at me while making other sandwiches and did not care at all whether I needed something. Finally a man came out and asked if I needed help and it turned out my order was ready for 20 minutes! It was just sitting behind the register not even on the online order tray that’s set up by the fountain drinks. Literally the worst service ever Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This subway is a huge disappointment in every way! Night employee (older lady) made me speak to her in Spanish then asked me personal questions about my family! I'm not even latino! Who the heck are these people??? Made me feel so uncomfortable
Man and woman both working. The woman was speaking Spanish to the man and he wouldn't respond. He told her in Spanish he wasn't going to talk in front of the customers. It seemed as if she was talking trash. He was very professional and friendly. The woman on the other hand was very rude to me. Then my sandwich had a hair and she gave me more problems. She finally remade it, but then made it wrong using a different bread. I got a fork and ate it without the bread. Not happy with this visit.

Fantastic service! I ordered my food using the subway app and I arrived 10 minutes later. It was lunch time (12:00) and there was a line of about 10 people, my sandwich was already prepared and ready to go.

I had a great experience with the young lady in the shop this morning. There was a grown infant ahead of me. He kept loudly pronouncing words like he was just learning the words. It was rude because he was talking to a grown woman who had given nothing but respect. Even when he had a tantrum, she was able to calm him by letting him use his words. He left no tip. I know it's Subway but if your gonna want to tell an employee who's been trained by the corporation how to do their job, you could leave a little something when they calmly go thru your training program.
Actually, I don't mind the wait. I can tolerate that, but rudeness however is a big NO. One of the servers at this location is just plain rude and hateful. If you want something extra or special order, she acts like you are giving her a world task and she will keep shaking her head.
