Manager does not know how to make a sandwich. Can’t cut the bread straight and in the middle, throw the veggies all over the sandwich and paper, and can’t nicely pack the sandwich before wrapping it. Happens everytime, I go for the convenience after a long day specifically. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No Stars if possible. The subway in Richmond is dirty and gross, the employee is not wearing gloves, cross contamination and the 2 female employees took sodas and refused to wear masks in the store, but telling customers to wear them.... check your cameras if you don't believe me. Time is 620pm to 630pm.

Usually a great place! I always go here since its local, and the staff is always friendly.. Except tonight! Gabby, the girl who took my order just seemed offended I walked through the door. Poor attitude during our whole interaction.

Food Was pretty good 👌. .. the person Waiting on me Was talking so much 😭.. they didn't make My sub The way I ordered it. . And it had twice the Mayo dressing I ordered... So when I got home and opened the wrapping, my sub roll was Mushy 😢 and .. EVERY THING fell through the bottom of the roll!!! Normally my food and Service is not that bad.... Hence the three Stars 😉🙂

The woman making sandwiches was extremely rude to every customer (i.e.; complaining about orders and brusquely directing how to order, throwing vegetables back in the Cambros with a fluster, swearing and yelling to coworkers outback, and complaining about the smell of garlic oil I ordered). We all have bad days...but come on.

This store is absolutely RIDICULOUS! The manager is NOT professional at all! The females that work in there are very crass, snotty and rude!! I would NOT recommend this Subway to ANYONE, EVER! I hope that the current manager, Brandon, loses his position as manager due to the fact of his actions while on the job!!! Very unprofessional....!!!! A manager should not being doing drugs "out back" while on the clock!!!!!!!

We tend to frequent this subway, however tonight was awful, I asked for my usual wrap, however the chicken that was supposed to be warmed up is actually ice cold, the wrap itself was put together to haphazardly that EVERYTHING came falling out of it and it's actually not even edible because of the way it was cut (half cut) and wrapped. Extremely disappointed and probably won't be going back for a while

Well, for starters the staff is not friendly. One employee had her juvenile daughter cleaning tables. (She retrieved The rag to do so by herself, because her mother said “you know where there at”) The same woman was on the dining side stocking the drink cooler, talking to a customer while looking down and picking something on her arm. The employee conversed with the other patrons using foul language with no regard to anyone else in the store. The employee that made my salads told me they were out of tomato’s because they just got the truck and haven’t unpacked them yet?! To top it off I got More napkins then I did salad. I will never return (I’m only posting one star because I have to)
