So, subway has never been my first thought when I'm craving a sandwich, but since most are open 24 hours it's convenient and fills you up. Today, I ordered online and about 10 minutes later I got to the restaurant to pick it up and the first thing I see is a huge trash can with multiple trash bags shoved into it right in the front of the door of the restaurant. There was a total of 3 people in the entire place, including me, 1 was behind the counter and the other was on their break. Before I walked in there was already no one there and as I left no one was walking in, so why didn't they have time to do something with the trash aside from leaving it in the middle of a place where you eat? I thought it was pretty gross and I was surprised that there was no effort to even put the trash off to the side where it might not be seen. I'm pretty sure that's also a health code violation. Went there to place an order and as I am trying to place an order ofelia, the employee that was working there, heard only one thing from me and ran with it. Despite my multiple attempts to get her attention on how I want it made she continued to not listen until well after she put it in the toaster. So at this point I guess I am having a sandwich how she wants me to have a sandwich and not how I, the person that will eat and pay for said sandwich wants it. The sandwich was ok but not how I wanted it and I didn't get everything else I wanted either so I just gave the sandwich to the homeless dude outside and went to El Pollo Loco next door instead and had a better experience. I noticed the bread was flaky and asked if the bread fresh? “All our bread is fresh”, replied the sandwich specialist. Not an appropriate response in my opinion. The sandwich bread was hard and flaky and came apart while I was eating it. It was not fresh. The meat and cheese were good and other than the bread it was okay. The place was clean except for a dark spill under the drink refrigerator that looked about a week old. The counter person was not friendly and a little rude. The manager seemed much more friendly and helpful to the other customers in line. Thanks but no thanks, I won’t return here again.

The only problem is that there are only ever 2 ppl working and the online orders take priority over walk in customers. While we were there 5 online orders came in and I finally asked if we were invisible or was my money no good. The guy explained he had to do on line first and I did not let that happen. I asked for black forest ham I got Regular honeyham The meat is so thin. I can see through it very little of any kind of vegetable. I ask for jalapenos and banana peppers. And it wasn't even spicy I couldn't even taste the pepper Jack cheese Also, the Manny's and mustard was watered down. And my sandwich was still dry. One of the tuna sandwiches I ordered through the app. I know if I was standing there while they made this, they would have put the correct amount of meat here. But this is ridiculous. There’s hardly any meat!! I ordered 5 subs this time, everyone at work wanted one. I think I’ll go to a different subway next time..
