Me and my sister came super late tonight January 7th 11pm and even though they seemingly had cleaned up for the night a man there was so sweet and patient with us! We honestly asked if we should wait or leave but he completely took care of us with no bother at all. He made sure to even mark one of our sandwiches with an A for ‘All-American-Club’ so we knew which was which. Hope to come back soon! RYLEE did an absolutely fantastic job with my foot long flatbread! He was professional, friendly and pleasant. My sandwich looked so pretty I had to take a picture of it before he wrapped it up. It is such a lovely surprise to have someone make you a sandwich st 3:30 AM with a cheerful disposition. He should train others and get a raise Subway. Thank you and have a great day! The food was good aside from me find a hair on my sandwich so I won't be eating that half. The tall black hair and bearded dude should really learn how to control his anger issues and not punch the bar and be snappy with customers just bc they're in a rush also the brown reddish headed girl was very rude slamming people's subs down is not the way to get a tip. Food:8/10 hair nets are a relevant thing they should use Service:0/10 get better over night workers never had a bad experience with y'all until now Mary needs to wear a hairnet and Jacob needs patience and manners! I was going to take a picture of it while it was still whole but I didn't have time my camera was slow this is the best sandwich ever eat spicy Italian spinach red peppers green peppers banana peppers and sweet onions sauce on roasted honey herb bread!😁

One star only because you have to. Alex had such a nasty attitude and poor customer service. I asked for napkins, due to not receiving any in my bag and the fact there were not any in the dispenser in the lobby, and she gave me one. I asked for more and she only gave me one more. This is exactly why customers jump over the counter on employees because of stupid attitudes and customer service like this. No one should have to ask for napkins the cost is already factored in the price of my purchase and one thin napkin is not enough when you have a subway sandwich. When you dont want to work stay home, Mental Health Days are real! The life you save could well be your own!

cashier name Kacie not sure if how spelled but I asked her to put my sandwich in microwave she turn around as if she want to fight and threw my sandwich to the side and said no we don't have a microwave wish you could hear how loudly rude and way she was looking and threw my sandwich to the side worse experience at subway ever she should be fired to be honest! Wow. Don't know the name of the girl working tonight -- especially since she never even turned around to face 2 separate customers...... But dang, acknowledge people with something other than "just a minute". She was cleaning the oven. And YES I know it needs to be cleaned. But, NOT for an extended period of time -- including going over and rinsing out your rags and then CONTINUING TO CLEAN. At a VERY slow pace!! It was a ridiculous amount of time. Just walked away without food since it didn't look like she was going to be done anytime soon.
