Just left and everyone there was so sweet! Have never said/felt that about a subway, everyone was really friendly and kind :) they gave a good portion of meat too! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered the new avocado Mexicali sandwich and they did not put any avocado in the sandwich which is the only reason you’d get that sandwich. Upon calling back (once I arrived back home to eat the sandwich) they immediately answered that they were aware they had forgotten the avocado and that I’d have to drive all the way back to get the avocado provided to me on the side. I asked for a refund as I did not want to drive all the way back for just one sandwich (mind you I ordered 3 other sandwiches) and they said no. If you got the order wrong just admit your mistake and provide a refund, that would be the right thing to do. I could care less about the $13 sandwich, it’s really just principle.
