When I got to this location I waited a few minutes before I noticed a sign on the cash register saying they would be back momentarily. Approximately 10 minutes after that two boys appeared the younger one asked how many steps I was ordering. I told him I would like four of the sliders, which is when he said he didn't know what I was talking about so I pointed it out feeling the menu and he said that he would attempt to make it. Several other customers and myself ask him if he would wash his hands and or put gloves on before touching the food then he grabbed the bag of buns out of the warmer and then with attitude yeah I'm putting gloves on now. Upon hearing that the older boy came over and started yelling at me about how he hasn't touched the food yet all he touched was a bad containing the food and I tried to explain to him that it's just simply asking if he could be hygienic and wash his hands or put gloves on before touching any of the food items or products or utensils that's when the older boy got on a power trip and said that he was not going to serve me apparently he does not take the spreading of illnesses and germs seriously which is unfortunate because now I will not be back to this location

It's always a pleasure grabbing something to eat here. The two ladies I saw today were prompt and extremely friendly and the food was delicious, as always. If I could give it zero Stars I would walk in Hobby Lobby did a little shopping and was going to get a sandwich walked over to Subway and asked if they had a bathroom and the first response that came out of the assistance mouth was it's only for customers will not be shopping there and will not be eating there who in their right mind tells a 5 year old they cannot use the bathroom
I sit in this subway everyday on my lunch and all the workers are extremely rude and are always going outside for smoke breaks, they rarely ever give any kind words, they definitely hate their jobs, which is understandable due to the fact that they don’t get paid enough and are usually alone dealing with Al the customers that come through along with the online orders, but when working in customer service you should have at least some decency if a customer is polite to you.
I love Subway. I worked at one of the top 10 out of 395 this Subway could use some tlc. Employees were great, very kind. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up the sub wasn't ready due to they didn't have pjack cheese and a number to contact "wasn't put down" but it was on there. I waited for 25 minutes while they made my sub they started off with 3 people ahead of me which I understood it would take a minute by the time they finished my sub they had almost 10 behind me they started making other subs but it took forever because they weren't efficient in their techniques of doing things. The store has great potential and I'd hate to see it go to waste. Things can work with only 2 staff members I did it when I worked at Subway in one of our biggest rushes. It's all about technique. Honest. I'd be willing to come and share some tricks I learned to help get this store to its full potential.
