This is the second time in the past 7 days these two young men “purposely” ruined my online order. Paid for extra meatballs, did not get them. They added lettuce, pickles and mayo to a meatball sub and clearly it’s not listed on the receipt. They did tjr same thing to the veggie sub I ordered last week. I work until really late sometimes and this place is the only place worth eating at. We order 3-6 times a week. They never get our order wrong, ever. The food is good and always consistent. Usually had good experience coming to Subway on Dempster, but recently has been bad. New workers who don’t know what they are doing, taking their sweet aśs time. Worker was so smart he put more onions in my sandwich than lettuce. Great job dude! (I’m being sarcastc). … i had ordered a sandwich using Ubereats and went to pick up my order from this location. The employees said they can’t give me my order until I confirmed I have received my order on the app. I confirmed the order on the app. Then they started to say “there is a new subway policy” in which Ubereats must call THEM in order for them to be sure I am the one who placed the order. They ended up not giving my order as Ubereats didn’t call them. What a waste of time and money on employees who have no idea what they are talking about. Service: 1

Even though it was 2:00 in the morning apparently dude was too into the two friends he had talking to him and the phone conversation he had in the corner on a picture in picture phone convo. he forgot within 10 seconds what size my sandwich was and forgot the topings that I asked for on both my orders and then still forgot to put something on my sandwich. Dude need to focus on customers first if he can't handle 2 friends and a video call while working.
