The location is nice and secluded, the trees in the back of the parking lot give it plenty of shade, if you want to eat outside. The redesigned interior is beautiful and the built-in fireplace from the previous design is still the centerpiece of perfection. If you're looking for a Subway that's architecturally pleasing, this is the one for you. It's nice and quiet so you can actually have an intelligent conversation with someone. Just Makes no sense. Hours don't match with what the building says. You never know if it will actually be open. Just wanted a sub after working 11 hrs. Drove out of my way to go to this location only to find it closed 👎🏽 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and when I came home to open my sub it was squished, missing cheese and avocado and had maybe like four individual pieces of veggies were on it and even though I asked for extra sauce it looked like someone whispered the word “Mayo” next to it and called it good. I’ve worked at a subway for five years and have trained dozens of employees and I have yet to see a sandwich made as poorly as that one. Called and lady said it could be remade, was super nice over the phone. Got to the store to have it remade to hear another customer complaining to a boy at the registers (the only employee out of four to be polite and have great customer service)at and a line of irritated people. An older lady (assuming management) yanked the sub from my husband without saying anything to us. I taped my receipt (which had my order on it) to the sub so they knew what it was and still had to yell what I wanted on my sub over a line of people who already looked frustrated. Got attitude and glares the entire time from employee dealing with my remake. The Second Lady she handed my sub to didn’t ask if it was good or if I wanted anything else and started to cut it and wrap it, but forgot my sauces and avocado a second time and got more attitude for asking for it to be added. . It is not hard to put things on a sandwich and it’s not hard to give good customer service. 10/10 do not recommend. Go to literally any other location in town and I can guarantee a better sub and actual customer service. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's Just Me!

This was by far the worst sandwich I have ever paid $11.00 for. I ordered the chicken and bacon sub. The chicken was barely visible and there was no bacon. Hard to have a sandwich with bacon in the name with NO BACON! There was so much sauce it was a sloppy mess. I ate it because I was so hungry but I should have taken it back. Whether I ever go back I’m not sure. They have to do a lot better than that! If I could have given 0 stars I would have!

My partner and I went this location on July 6th. We went through Drive-Thru. Our sandwich’s were POORLY made, badly wrapped, and my BMT didn’t even have any ham. I got Herb & Cheese bread. It had no herb and merely two pieces of cheese. Whoever is training these employees or manages this store is honestly needing to do better. It’s sad. When I entered the establishment I was planning on dining in. However the negativity and rudeness of the sandwich artist led me to leave the building and eat in my parking lot in my car. ordered 3 subs all 3 were made incorrrectly, called when i got home explained to them what was wrong. Gave me 2 free subs to make me feel better about the situation. I guess the 3rd one dont count. I told him we had 3 that were wrong,he said giving 3 free was too much,i said well i paid for all 3 i should get 3 free. I wouldve brought them all back but he said they were about to close. continued to dispute with me and said i can get the 2 free next time i come in. very frustrating,when this is one of my favorite places to eat.
