Just walked out of Substandard Kennedale - Why? A woman had just been served and i was next and ready to order 3 footlongs only to be told "Sorry cant help you now, i have to do the online orders because they have already paid". Really? Now i know Kennedale is not doing alot at Subway - now they will be doing even less, plus the fact that i normally tip high to lower paid workers, she just missed her $20 tip. I ordered on the Subway app for convenience. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches. I had a special request of extra crispy bacon and cut into 3 pieces. Neither requests were fulfilled. That’s okay, people are human. My complaint is that my bacon wasn’t even heated up AT ALL!! After I realized that, I thought I needed to call and let them know that someone there obviously doesn’t know to heat up the bacon. Of course, nobody answered the 2 times I called and let it ring until it stopped. I really hope the owners of this location do something about this.

A gentleman came in to start work but seemed more interested in being on his phone than working. I pointed out they didn't have lids for the big cups, and he couldn't put his phone down while looking for the lids. My experience at this location was 5/5 ⭐. The two young gentleman who helped my family were kind and patient with my children ordering for themselves. Everyone had a great attitude from being greeted by a sweet woman walking in the door to well wishes as we walked out. Way to go guys!

Incredible service! I assume the young man's family owned the business because of how much he cared and how dedicated he was to make an every single person that walked in that door feel special and that he was there to serve them. Didn't catch his name but he had really bright blue eyes and the most awesome mullet.
