This is by Far the worst subway I have ever been to. The employees are always rude. The food is always on the verge of rotting. It's nasty. I try to go there sometimes because my daughter likes pretzels, but I don't think I will ever get a sandwich there again. Especially after last night. The lettuce was brown and mushy. Everything tasted awful. And the employee made it Clear that he hated his job and was annoyed that I was ordering food. I tipped him $10 trying to help his mood, but he didn't deserve a tip at all. This place should be shut down and replaced, or needs new management. Do better. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I think the subs are great! I usually order the blt and this is the only place that actually cares about how I'd like it. Another place told me I couldn't have specific veggies and could only have the set ingredients, which is fine ya know? But it'd be nice to have more than just tomato and lettuce. Anyways the employees are very friendly and put a lot of care into the subs and try to have friendly banter with customers, asking exactly what you'd like and doing their best to fix any mistakes they make. Only downside is that it's in walmart. But what can you do ya know? A bad review about "atmosphere" ain't gonna change that fact. OMG!! Morgan has been a delight. She explained to me the new toasting machine to toast bread has three variations to toast your favorite Subway sandwich. She was pleasant, informative and very professional. Give her a raise. She is definitely a keeper. You can tell she enjoys her position here at Subway. She takes pride in what she does. well, it's a subway in a Walmart. The saddest place on earth might describe the atmosphere. The food is pretty consistently way too old for human consumption and you can count on being ignored and waiting an unreasonable amount of time to eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have never called out an employee before, but Robert took 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. We watched an employee leave on their lunch break, come back, and then catch up to Robert with the three people behind us, and we HAD NOT even gotten to the cashier yet. I’ve never waited this long for a sandwich, they weren’t busy and he was just taking his sweet time. I could have sat down at a restaurant and gotten better food in a faster time, higher quality, and better prices. $30 for two sandwiches. No sides no drinks.

Slowest person ever made my sandwich. Was not made right even with me standing there. I said no mayo and he put it on anyway. I asked him to make me a new sandwich as I am allergic to mayo and he said no all I can do is scrape it off. I must admit I walked out without the sandwich and did not pay for it. I went in with my son tonight and the gentleman with the blonde hair that helped us was amazing. Best customer service I have had in a long time. He was very friendly and helpful. If he is not a manager, he should be and give him a raise. He made our experience there fantastic.

The customer service was okay to start off with. Tyler seemed to know what he was doing. However he did move very slow, extremely slow, no sense of urgency as the line was forming. We ordered the sub of the day, which was made incorrectly. Then before we were checking out, Tyler couldn't fold the sandwich so he was sticking his fingers inside the sandwich and moving around the ingredients. Our sandwich was good, however missing the bacon. When I called to let them know the order was made wrong tyler told me I needed to call back in 5 minutes to speak with John. When I called back and spoke with John, John stated " if the sandwich was made recently I heard them order a rotisserie chicken. " to which I responded " well we actually ordered the sub of the day. Which is what we were charged for." John continued " just come in and ill give you the bacon, it's the same price with or without the bacon, so just come in and I'll give you the bacon." I said " oh okay. " John said " just come in and I'll give you the bacon." I said " okay thank you " John hung up the phone. There was no customer service, no apology, no offer to correct the sandwich being made incorrectly, and no sincerity. Empathy is huge for customer service, there was just nothing. I already was shocked that the price for the sub of the day is now 11.65 after tax and then there is no customer service? What the heck!? I just don't want to go back. I feel like I will get judged or yelled at if I do, because of John's response. So thank you lunch subway but I think ill try a different location next time. Sad.

Yesterday we stopped and got a couple subs, the shop was alarmingly under staffed, the gentleman was very professional, calm and courteous, we enjoyed our subway as always, but kudos to your employee for handling his shift professionally. my time and the employees time wasted, the young lady made my sandwich and had great customer service but all of our time was wasted when she rang my order up it came up to 40$ and she was not allow to take my 50$ bill. I think that’s absurd and really ridiculous. Management really need to re think that when 2 sandwich combos is about 40$ and you can’t take a 50$ bill.
