Guests don't highly appreciate sandwiches at this restaurant. The creative staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. A number of reviewers have noticed that the service is nice. But google users rated Subway and it didn't gain a high rating.

I spent $9 on a salad. In that $9 was extra cheese for 75 cents. I barely got a handful of cheese. Ordered "more" black olives. There's like 5 maybe. This is the absolute worst meal I've ever gotten from a Subway. I ordered online, maybe that was my mistake since I wasn't standing there to observe. Extremely disappointed and just mind blown at the value of goods for the price. I know it is Subway and I shouldn't expect much but DANG; used to be my favorite place to eat. 01/22/24 @ about 4pm we purchased our food. My son and I frequent Subway because it used to be our fave restaurant. First incident occurred at the main street location. We both ordered Jalapeños on our sandwiches afterwards we both felt sick with nausea, head aches, rapid heart beat, body aches, and sleeplessness. So I decided to try this location @ a later date. After eating a couple times there it seemed fine until yesterday the exact same thing happened. I now believe the kids working there are putting drugs in the food. I would avoid this restaurant completely now. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

This particular subway says they’re open until 9:00, but when we went there the dining room was already closed at 7:00, but they were making to-go orders That is prime dinner hour. When I asked if they minded if we are our sandwich inside at 7:30, I was told to eat in my car or outside. Mind, it was dark already because it’s fall and it was cold. We asked why they close early and we were told it’s more convenient for them. Pretty disappointing. I can’t think of another restaurant in Bozeman who won’t allow you to eat in the restaurant during prime dinner hour. If the restaurant is open, the dining room should be open until close. Jan. 9, 2024 update: makes a slim veggie sub when they're out of LETTUCE (which should be a staple) and green peppers. Two weeks ago when we went in, this location was out of bacon, pepperoni, turkey and onions. Tonight, they were out of mozzarella, provolone, pepper Jack and pepper. Not peppers, pepper. Like salt & pepper. Both visits were approximately at 6:00pm. They must have been out of napkins, too, because we didn't have any in our bag. I will give it five stars. It's a chain sandwich shop, and this one had decent employees and the food was made right. Obviously, it isn't the same as some fancy restaurant, but you should know what you're getting into when you stop there. If you're in the area and want a sandwich, there is no reason you shouldn't stop here.

This place is ridiculous, you ask them to put venegar they put mustard, you ask them to put mayonnaise, they put sauce.Seriuosly. No wonder they always change staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Some of the best customer service I have ever had! 10/10 would recommend! Not to mention they made a mean sandwich! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have come here for a few years. During that time I have never had one of the employees literally throwing our stuff onto the counter like the young lady with half blue hair did today. My father also ordered a hot sandwich and it was not hot at all, don’t think they even remembered to turn on the oven.

Other than dealing with a very rude worker named Ariel, the experience was fine. Don’t ask Ariel the choices for chicken or she will get very rude and snarky. The other worker was great. I would encourage the store to have her teach Ariel some customer service skills. She was very rude to both me and my husband. And she acts like customers are nothing but a pain to her. Ariel, you wouldn’t have a job without customers. Smile, be kind. I always leave generous tips. Unfortunately we didn’t leave a tip today.
