The food is good but the employees have attitudes. I've seen one of the managers here be disrespected by some of the employees and have heard them talk negatively about them when they're not there at the store despite the manager doing their best to help.idk what it is about this location but it does have a nasty crowd of customers. In short and broader terms the employees treat their manager like dirt even though the manager is the only one I've talked to that is really nice and really fast at making sandwiches. It's been about a good 10 months since I've went to this location so idk if the same employees are there or if it's under new management but after seeing what I saw there many times I stopped going to this location and went to a different one. Crystal is the worst, she always rushes us through our order then messes up our food. If you correct her or tell her it’s wrong and she slams things around. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

The door is locked and you have to be buzzed in. The employees were not polite. They were out of ice tea at 6 o'clock. When I asked if they were going to make more. They rudely said no. It's a little hard to get into this subway. I typically go to one closer to home, but this one is closer to my work. The male working was very nice and answered my questions with a smile. The female working was a little short in her responses, even over speaking the polite young man trying to answer. I don't think she realized how her facial expressions and quick responses made her seem rude. Food was fine, no complaints. This subway by far is my favorite. Was able to speak to the owner whom was very nice. Also the young lady making the sandwiches, bryanna, was so kind. Luciano was exceptional at his customer service and patience. I forgot my bank card in the store and he ran it out to me. A young man with old school work ethic. Rare. Nine times out of 10 this place closes early by choice. I try to rush to get to my lunch break at work and never seem to make it on time even though I'm always there before it "closes" the lady is so rude about it too. As if it's going to make a sandwich. Literally everything is cut up and ready to go nothing to be heated are cooked. But yet still service is refused. This is one of the very few places that I have time to actually come to on my lunch break and it literally happens more often than not. I'm willing to bet she's just trying to clean up early so she could leave earlier which is not cool. Edit. 8:15, a completely different day. And they're closed again. They seriously needed to edit their hours if they're not going to stay open to the hours that they say they're open. Waste of gas and time every single time

We usually go to this subway because we get great service. But yesterday I went around 2-3. I told the lady I wanted my sandwich toasted as she was making it then she proceeded to ask me 3 more times if I wanted it toasted, I said yes all 3 times. She then says "I hate when customers say yes to the no question" if she would of listed the first time I said she wouldn't of had to repeat herself. Very rude and we won't be returning when those 2 ladies are working.
