I’ve been going to this subway for a long time and it’s always been near my home and i love going there all the time but recently now that they put a shield to cover there food it tasted weird and after i ate my food my stomach started hurting and now i have diarrhea Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Awful experience (if you’d call it that) as I approached this location 20 minutes prior to the posted hours of operation and found the door locked. Now standing outside, I was first ignored & then addressed/talked to through the door. The employee confirmed that they do in fact “close” and lock the door 20 minutes prior to what’s posted. Talk about a complete lack of customer service and professionalism!

Went in there today and ordered a sub. Not only did it not taste good but also made my stomach upset. It seems like certain places including these guys put inedible chemicals/ingredients in their food. Proceed with caution.

Ridiculous today. There was a heavy kid behind the counter obviously upset about being busy. Didnt put my chicken in the microwave before (the chicken breast gets cold fast without it) and then took it out of the oven and let it sit on the counter while taking the next person's order. I walked out without taking the sandwich and went to the chipotle. Lost business for subway.

I was super impressed with the quality and freshness of the veggies at this location. I've actually been avoiding Subway the last 6 months because I'd become so disappointed in the veggies, even though they are cheaper & have more veggie options than Firehouse or other competitors. It's my first time at this location, but I'll be back to see if the quality remains the same. If it does, they'll have won back a customer.

She talked the entire time she was making my order and repeatedly asked me what I said. She did not evenly distribute the toppings she piled them in one spot. The only positive thing was their toppings looked clean and the place looked clean.

Credit card machine is set to automatically ask you how much you want to tip. This isn't the usual tipping type of place, these aren't $2/hour workers. It's absurd that these owner's do this. Pay your staff an appropriate wage that keeps them coming back to their job instead of putting the weight on your customers - The overpriced sandwiches are already enough.

worst service I have gotten at a subway, especially this location. Man completely changed my order tried to charge me multiple prices with things that I did not order. Then proceeded to snatch my card from my hands after i told him that is not what i ordered and said "fine i can charge you even more rich b***". I was not upset nor rude i simply walked out of the store b/c i have never been more disrespected in my life. I simply drove to this subway because i have never had an issue and i will never visit this establishment again.
