Not the best representation of the Subway brand . When I walked in I was ignored. I said hello loudly The sub artist had one AirPod in and didn’t look up say a word as she was making another order or bother to acknowledge my presence, she then motions to her coworker to assist as I was picking up an online order. She says you can check over there and points to a stand or online orders . The stand has my food on it and I grab it and remember that I ordered a drink , the guy scans the receipt and hands me a cup and shoos me away in an attempt to not answer anymore questions. When I got to my car the Philly cheesesteak was cold yet I wanted both sandwiches toasted also drenched in sauce even though I requested light sauce in the app . This location needs to be retrained or replaced because I will drive out of my way before returning again . Probably one of the cleanest and best service I've had from a Subway in quite a bit. The food was really fresh. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area check them out very nice people.

Poor customer service never eat at this subway. They want you to pay for food and make it how they want to and not how you asked when you are the paying customer. The manager will get very disrespectful with you when you ask him to fix the order correctly. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Upon a recent visit, I was greeted with extremely rude customer service. I was there to redeem an order that was handled incorrectly. I was very clear in explaining everything and wanted the same respect and clarity to resolve the issue. The guy who is usually there truly needs an attitude adjustment or should take a course in customer service since his profession is serving the public. It seems there's so many complaints about him in particular. His behavior is very unnecessary and unprofessional. Doesn't represent the company well. I will be notifying the manager.

I walked in to order, one of the workers was too busy talking to his friend/girlfriend. He did end up coming over but was still invested with other things than focusing on my order. I asked for a foot long turkey on Italian bread and he proceeded to start putting others meats on it. Then proceeded to start putting a random cheese on it. After this I asked for veggies on only half my sub, not 3/4. Then requested salt and pepper on the same half but he proceeded to put it on the whole sub. Instead of making it right he tried getting away with just taking the cheese off when it was clearly on other parts of the sub. Never again will I go to this location. If I could gove it 0 stars I would and corporate has been contacted.

Placed a online order - picked it up and got home our meatball subs were not even hot, ingredients were missing that were requested and we all got sick!!!! FOOD POISONING! So if you visit this location make sure your food does not have to be cooked and it is at proper temperature or just don't go to this location.

Been in a few times- the same young guy is always working- he has been on a phone call each and every time I have gone through the order process. I have to watch him or he will put the wrong stuff on my sub. He also has an attitude when you correct his mistake. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Didn't realize that this location closed at 9pm but when I arrived, the OPEN sign was still on. As I walked in, I am immediately faced with a man who works there, waving his arms, yelling at me to basically leave because they were closed. I literally walked in at 9:01pm. Very unprofessional and this use to be my go to Subway but I will no longer visit this location. I understand the store is closed, even though your OPEN sign was still on, but the rudeness is what did it for me.

Service was horrible. I ordered a total of 5 sandwiches and the guys making the sandwiches acted as if I was asking for a million dollars. When other customer's came in that were of a different race they were treated with superb customer service, when my sandwiches were thrown together. I sat and observed the same treatment towards other non Caucasian or middle easterners. I will not support this subway again! It seems as if all of the subway workers that are of the middle eastern decent have a problem serving those with pigment. Every location in the Glen Burnie area I've experienced this type of service. Never again!

Convenient local sandwich shop. Just be aware that they do not honor local specials or coupons. If you're okay with paying full price, then stop by. Next nearest is down South Boulevard. They are very friendly there with great service.
