I'm giving this subway 3 stars because, the subs tasted pretty good. The quality of the vegetables weren't too good (especially the tomatoes). Our issue is with the sub artist/ cashier, she had NO Customer Service whatsoever! No greeting - No eye contact, she didn't even ask if we wanted "anything else" on our subs! We had to repeat ourselves several times, & if I'm being brutally honest, we couldn't understand a thing she was saying. The music & oven noises were louder than her! Enter at your own risk. The CLEANEST Subway I have ever been in! The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The counter was spotless and the ingredients were fresh. This will definitely be our go to store from now on! Really like this location. Produce is always fresh and have had friendly customer service every time. Perfect stop on the way to the lake to pack lunch. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Staff here never disappoints. I'm not a picky eater & I have a hard time trying something new. So I almost always ask them to make a sandwich of their choice. They have fun making the sandwich and my stomach enjoys the rewards. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Subway is not the same as it used to be. I used to enjoy going here but the quality seems to be fading. Skimpy portions seem to be the trend in most of these restaurants. I understand that the company has to profit but the portions have to equal the price. Good in a hurry but there are definitely better sandwich shops out there. You shouldn't be hungry after eating a foot long. I felt I could eat another 6 inch after that. At $11 and change with chips and a small soda you should be full.

Worst ever. Open sign was on. Hours posted on door showed 8pm. I got there at 7:10pm and was asked if my order was a pickup. It was not, and the woman behind the counter says, "oh, OK well I'm closed" ???? Not an I'm sorry, no compassion what so ever, just I'm closed. If you were closed, turn off your OPEN sign and update your hours sign.

Went to the Subway on Blue Ravine in Folsom to try the new brisket sandwich. First, they charge a premium for the new sandwich (foot long $11.99). When I got mine it had half the meat it should have and it barely covered the bread. Most of the sandwich tasted like BBQ sauce on a roll. I don't mind paying more but give me proportional meat for the roll. I tried but won't be back.
