Good sandwich, obviously the quality of the ingredients is fast food, nothing special. I chose roast beef, cheese, bacon and assorted veggies. Bad service and does not follow proper senior citizen 20% discount... today at about 7AM 12.06.23 I went to buy my favorite sub- sandwich... the cashier was rude not to give me the proper discount per RA 9994 (20%) she wants to separate regular sub w/add-ons, where she will only give discount on regular sub but not on the add-ons which is salami, ham... all INSIDE THE SUB SANDWICH! There's no law or provisions in the RA 9994 that says to "give" seniors, two receipts so as circumventing the discounting process! I am alone and the food I'm buying is for myself only! The cashier was very rude. We went there today around lunchtime and ordered 2 footlong meals. The cashier only punched in 1 meal and charged us for the soda that should have been included in the meal that she did not punch in and when we pointed this out, she had the audacity to walk out on us. When I visited this place, I was disappointed that the employee didn't ask me about my sauce preferences and instead decided on their own. To make matters worse, he added mayonnaise without my consent. Additionally, the employee made an unsolicited comment about my sandwich lacking vegetables and suggested it was unhealthy, even though I had intentionally omitted them due to my sensory issues. He even made a disrespectful comment about my demeanor and proceeded to mock me. Such behavior is not only inappropriate but also goes beyond the scope of their job responsibilities.
