If I could give less than zero I would. Came on a weekday. Not busy(only one in line) ordered a kids hot dog combo. Guy charges me 13.00+ and only gives me fries and a soda. I told him I needed the hot dog. He charges me an additional 7.00 . Said he had to charge me separately because he didn't hear the word combo. Nobody speaks English. Spoke to the lady manager who was just as bad. Rang up an additional 13.+meal I proceeded to explain I needed money back. She was super rude and arguing. Don't go here get food elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The cashier was so nasty! She was on her phone and ignored us 90% of our order. When we asked for ketchup she threw 2 at me and said that's all you're getting. When we finally asked for a refund due to her rudeness she argued and refused to refund anything despite not having Even walked away from the counter, nothing touched. Do not go here, the food is not worth being treated like an inconvenience. If I could give 0 , I would. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible service for a Burger yesterday for $15 and it had a hair in it. I went to take it back to see what they can do about making it right. The guy refused to help me he has tattoos on his arm refuse to give me his name, refused to give me the managers name. This guy shouldn’t even be working. He kept trying to ignore me acting he didn’t know English. He took my order in English just fine. Very rude guy keep him in the back of you plan on keeping him. My family ate here yesterday, I did not. They said the food tasted "weird". My wife thought the grease that cooked the fries tasted old. They also said the diet coke tasted like cleaner. They both did not feel well the rest of the night. You might want to consider another burger place.

None of them speak english, so when I ordered a burger with simply avocado and tomato, they brought me out a patty with orange sauce and lettuce. I asked for them to fix it, and they rudely did absolutely nothing about it. If you want to actually get what you order, then don’t come here. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Inconsistent quality, but if you get lucky and get them at a good time then it's the best best burger. If not then they're overpriced for an okay burger. Worth the gamble because holy moly burger with an egg on it can be amazing. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20

Pretty horrible all around, definitely don’t order a milkshake, it’s a sorry excuse. Burgers tasted watery fries were drenched in salt, but was the most edible thing. Wayyy overpriced Price per person $30–50

I stopped in today for a quick bite to eat, never been to this restaurant before. The burger amazing, and the girl who took my order was super sweet. And the fries? Oh my goodness, they were shoestring and delicious. Definitely coming here again!

The lady taking my order was constantly on her phone making calls and not even looking at me. When I was ordering she made me feel like she was in such a huge rush. I ordered a number 2 just the burger and she made it a combo. She also didn't give me my drinks that I paid for and I asked for my receipt and she did not give it to me. And the fries she gave the person in front of us were really cold and she had a really bad attitude about changing them out for that person. In all I would not recommend this place.
