I was told the restroom “did not work” when I asked to use it. Not even a minute later the male employee that refused to let me use the restroom let another customer right in.

I guess they stop doing shakes at 10pm because they close at 11pm. A whole hour and the machine was already clean. Awesome.

I went in here to get gas. The lady was making pizza i had 1 guy ahead of me. He said something to her she said you see im doing something. Guyanese guy putting stock away have stuff scattered all over on the phone sees us waiting. Another guyanese comes in that he knew and he opens register didn't ask whoes next but tends to his buddy. I end up walking out the store i shouldve said something.

As another has said, the panhandlers are ridiculous here always out to get your hard earned money or sell stolen goods to you. Otherwise great staff clean and well stocked. I feel bad those panhandlers probably scare off business, if I have a choice I go elsewhere.

As I was standing in line to pay for 2 Gatorades a Stewarts employee accused me of stealing and told me to leave, I had not stolen anything, I asked where I put the items and the associate would not answer and just demanded that I leave...Great way to treat your customers

Love your ice coffee I sometimes go there a second time in 1 day but I always get your ice coffee. 90% of the staff are always polite but after 4pm a couple female employees have an attitude if u ask for something like can I have a little xtra syrup in my ice coffee or a little more creamer you'll get something babbled under there breath and pretty much told no. I only drink stewarts ice coffee and if there's not enough syrup in it it's not worth it I'm having serious thoughts going elsewhere and that's a shame because I've grown up going to Stewarts

The service in this Stewart's is atrocious. It's dirty. And the workers are all the same race ..looks like there is some discrimination during the hiring process.... disappointed ... Stewart's should be embarrassed with this store

This is a very nice Stewart's location. They however need to have more than one bathroom like in the newest rebuild at state st & corlaer Ave store.

When to Brandy wine store this morning at 530 ... Purchased a Peanut and Jelly Sandwich and a stewarts coke .... Paid for my items in full ... Had a seat in the store with my coworkers for 15 mins waiting on our boss to carry us to work .. As i walk out the door the Manager says i didnt pay for my items ?????? He and i got into a heated argument because he rang my items up ... He threaten to call the cops and got very loud in front of my coworkers and custoners .. I told him to call the cops ... The video would resolve the issue of payment and he would look like a fool .... Regardless i paid for My items again in full ..$2.50 and reminded him he just stole my money .. Im more embarrassed than anything and i felt like he singled me out ..... I. Called back once i got home today Dec 4 2018 ,,,,, Guess what ???? HE IS THE MANAGER !!!!!! I got Robbed without a Gun ,,, embarrassed and basically loud talked out the Door ...I will never give you my business again or take any of our workers to your stores .....

This is a good shop. The staff are friendly and are usually the same people. they don't have a high turn around. sometimes they stay opena a few extra minutes too for the last second customers. clean and smiling.
