The food here is ok. I personally love the ice cream and will usually go in just got that. Otherwise it's clean, people are friendly enough, at times to busy to even pay attention to you apart from taking your order. A smile to a customer really goes a long way. The service is pathetic! I placed an order and paid within 2 minutes and waited 40 minutes for the food. This gives a new meaning to fast food! Telephone and delivery orders seemed to get preference over customers waiting! Will not be going to Steers Empangeni anytime soon. The exact same reason why we haven't bought from Debonairs, Empangeni for the past 7 years!

Love their burgers man. I mean who wouldn't? Although at Google it say they close early on Sunday. They claim close at 21:00 . Someone must just rectify that. Good service overall.

I received atrocious service. people were helped before me even though I protested. when my card had issues while paying, cashier discussed it with another staff member and not me. I left telling myself I would never return again.

Ordered the sharing meal with 4 rib burgers. I asked for no mustard and ended up with just patties, 1 slice of tomato each and a pinch of losely chopped onions. I've had better versions of the same meal. Appalled. The packet was stapled 4 times. That should've been the hint. Never gain!

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for an order only to receive an order that is cold!!! Absolutely useless!!! Phone to complain about it and only receive sorry sir!!!! After taking my details you did absolutely nothing with it! Your services are USELESS!!!
