Many guests suppose that you can have nicely cooked burgers here. This restaurant provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. It was a mad house when I ordered the Wacky Wends special during peak shopping hours, but the staff were incredible. Professional, friendly, efficient & they never lost their sunny attitude. Terrible service!!! Waited an hour and a half for our order. Kept phoning and the staff has terrible manners and extremely unprofessional. They refused to get us connected to a manager or the owner to raise our complaint. Food eventually delivered cold and obviously kept in the heat for way too long with the driver on his way for 45min. Milkshakes spilt all over the delivery box. When phoning to get a refund a Busisiwe refused to assist us and Dumelo the alleged manager was conveniently not available. If I could rate a minus 5 I would!!! Disgusting and would not recommended this establishment to anyone....

Shop is very clean and the staff is very welcoming I believe to deliver a great service you have to have a very deciplinced staff. Cashiers are top notch and well equipped... Thank you Nkamo and the chef for the wonderful experience.
